Mr. Muzyka, please do not tell people you won't respond to the so called destructive criticism. I appreciate your hard work on ME3. I also have the utmost respect to the team who made ME1 and ME2 but a judgment error has been made. Fans are displeased.
Metacritic fan scores are low. And people are free to express their frustration. Some people like me will give you constructive feedback even knowing that they won't be paid for their ideas but they will be satisfied because if this will result in a better ME3 all community will benefit from it.
But some people will only vent their anger. In the end displeasing your customers will cost you brand image and hard cash. Amazon refund initiative proves this.
So please do not tell people to shut up. They won't shut up. Ignoring insults is the way to go. We should be polite and civil. But when you say we do not respond to destructive criticism you actually say that you won't listen customers.
Maybe if you had listened us at first, when we were expressing our suspicions during the development phase, for instance after beta leak, this would not happen.
Your statement is a professional PR product. Well thought and well written but please understand that fans will not respond well to manipulation.
People please be civil and constructive but if you dislike ME3 don't hesitate to say it! We pay, we are entitled. Hold the line!
