Though my main issue with ME3 isn't the ending (and sadly can't be changed at this point) I just wanted to say that every time that I see a constructive, non-hostile post supporting the cause makes me smile.

For everybody who has done that, thank you.

The more time they hid behind assumptions, and campaign with defamation, the more they lose. All I know is that this weekend I finish my second run-through and then I am leaving this game for good, standing only in the movement for better endings.

DLC even if free only with fixed ending.

Also, must say thanks to Jarrett for his replies and honesty. I'm sure it's been a rough week for him and many others at Bioware. I really don't believe they expected the kind of controversy that has arisen from the endings and I believe he is being honest. We have to remember that the employees for Bioware are people too. I can imagine many of them are feeling as sick as some of the fans over all this.

Alright, did a light scan of the polish-language media and am happy to report we continue to make news . The articles I came across don't take sides just report on the current developments. The comments sections seem to be divided between those who obviously did not (or do not) play games and believe the fans are crazy and unrealistic and those who obviously have played the game and agree with our views of the endings and are calling for a change.

I loled.

internal discussions are a good thing if true.

Internal discussions mean nothing. Capcom have allegedly been having "internal discussions" for months about the uproar over them deciding not to localise Ace Attorney Investigations 2. Still no "yes" or "no" response; just meaningless non-answers.

There's no voodoo at work here - I'm just sitting on my couch reading this on my iPad, it has been a difficult week, I'm very tired.

Mr. Lee
You mentioned it's been a difficult week. Out of curiosity, why has it been a difficult week?

Again out of curiosity, and if you don't mind me asking are you a (just) forum moderater or one of the developers?

Im the senior marketing guy....one of them. Have been for the whole franchise really. I can't tell if your question is serious or if yer messing with me :)  the fan reaction is difficult to watch, after all the hard work basically. I'm not a moderator really, just an employee.

Thats exactly whats been annoying me about this whole thing. Enraged fanboys dont understand that there behind it all is just people, who care about the thing they created.

As of now, I'm more interested in telling Bioware that I loved ME3, because I dont think they deserve this reaction, at all.

That's the nature of the beast though. I'm sure many people at Bioware wanted different endings, just like I'm sure that many people in Capcom want to localise AA:I2, these companies' employees / managers don't unanymously share same views on everything. However, ME3 is a multi-million dollar investment, and deviating from an established plan is expensive, time-consuming and risky, same with Ace Attorney, albeit on a smaller scale. Getting a huge publisher to budge is like attempting to tickle a blue whale to death.

An amazing read, I am greatful for the insight this old timer has provided for us on the matter. While I am skeptical about the progress we've actually made.. well, I can't lose hope yet. I love this series, I love my companions, and bloody hell, they deserve a better send off. If Bioware couldn't do it right the first time, I'll work to make sure they get the job done right the second. Stay vocal, stay civil, stay passionate. Gotcha'.

A lot of understand they are upset at the reaction they are receiving, but have not shown much by the way of caring. Also fanboys when you're on the forums for the game? Yea real original...

Not sure Casey's post said anything at all it was that vague.

I love conspiracy theories over video games. Almost as entertaining as the games themselves. I am amazed at the amount of time some of you have to devote to this.

Exaactly, there must be someone at bioware right now who's chanting " i told you, i told you" in his/her mind.
About being angry at single bw employees, the old saying "don't hate the player, hate the game" fits to this.

No, but it does show EA/BioWare that people are still playing their game. You can't have your cake and eat it too. If your going to commit, then fully commit. Stop playing the game altogether. This half-assed bulls**t I see from this "movement" is sickening.

Agreed with this, though we should be civil and respect those that just can't help themselves and must play MP. The point being every hold the line person that does play in the MP event will be counted a a angry fan that will in the end buy future Bioware products no matter what they say as they simply can't even hold back from a weekend event. ie throw them a faux peace offering and they are back in biowares pocket no matter how much they may complain otherwise.
Also to point out big brother is watching if you got ME3 via origins then they know if your still playing or not.

Hudson's statement is a joke. He makes it sound like a niche group of rabid fans hate the endings and everyone else loves them. BioWare is full of **** and their PR department is one of the most annoying in the business. Tacky Multiplayer "challenge" (more like a joke) and PR talk bull**** everywhere. Congrats BioWare, you managed to ****** me off even more in the last two days.

I'm happy about Jarret's responses in this thread. It gives me the feeling of real persons behind the big EA machine. I would like to see more of the employees talking to us. It makes the whole "fans and developers are working together"-statement way more believable to me. :)

Its as Garrus said in 3.  Stand there and make enough noise long enough, and eventually people will come over and see what you are yelling about.
