-I noticed overload does damage now to non protected enemies but I don't think it did in ME2.  What new things like that have been added?

-What are all the combination of powers you can use to have a greater effect like singularity+warp, etc.  Also I heard they added non biotic power combos too, what are they?

-Best armor for each class?

-Any other useful things someone might not now?

ME2 powers also did very little damage when not used ideally, but they are more noticeable in ME3 overall. I guess one is how you can Overload Barriers in ME3 now and how Sabotage works, I haven't used it much yet myself.

This depends on what you want to focus on for the class. For example, as an Adept maximizing Power Cooldown and Power Damage gives the best benefit IMHO.

As an Adept, Biotic Combos are insanely powerful with the right power evolutions and lvl 6 ranks in the powers being used. So the fast you can spam, the better.

And a generally strong bonus is Shield regen boosts, Weapon Damage boost and Shield boost, the difference is how you'd like to focus your Shepard I guess.

Use the D-Pad to have the squad focus fire on the enemy and there are ways to arc powers so that enemies can dodge into them.

Energy Drain with the lvl5 100% Shield boost can make Shepard very, very effective against Kai Leng if the cooldown is as low as possible, to keep recasting it.
