come on guys. shepard gets arrested for 6 months. it makes sense he moved on. sure it sucks for those who wanted to continue his romance, but it makes sense.

typically people on trial for warcrimes and being a traitor working for a terrorirst organization aren't allowed many phone calls. especially when the person trying to call is a member/ex-member of that terorrist organization.

The only reason not to would be if Liara was there too, but shes not a cast member in ME2. So ya... kill him.

they could, but they were kinda using all their power to have shepard not executed or locked in a dark room and forgotten about

having any contact with people from cerberus would make shepard look REALLY bad while on trial.
