How to get my Bring Down the Sky CD key and how to find an installer that works with the steam release of ME?

None of the guides or instructions on the official sites or on the forums (including the sticky at the top of this forum section) work.

So how do I go about getting them?

Found out that the normal installer works with the Steam install as long as you have run the game once, for some odd reason...

So all I need now is the CD key and jobs a good-un.

*EDIT 2*

Emailed EA for the CD Key and got a reply within a couple of hours.  Which was amazing.

Was expecting reply times in the double figure number of days range.
