I am surprised a lot of ppl are voting for 3...From what I remember. Quarians aren't supposed to have "Ears" not in the same sense that humans do. Granted #6 goes against this somewhat but it is hidden mostly so can't say for sure.
Also 3 lacks luminescent eyes that could possibly be seen through the purple helmet. 1 and 6 clearly have this. And 4 can sort of work around it. But with eyes that are colored black. I fail to see how they glow. Its the whole eye, not the pupil.
4 has cute, young, and somewhat shy going for it while 6 is a fixed "canon" version(Fingers fixed, good enough for me). That's why I voted for them.

3 is my absolute favorite.
I chuckled when 6 was just a shoddier version of Bioware's in-game picture. The fingers were...better. But, to me, it seemed like the artist was just showing what Bioware was doing with the picture. That picture seems odd without "Tali" wearing Shepard's N7 hoodie.

@naltair: I don't know, it's hard for me to believe that a professional company would have done such a terrible reveal. Something that was so important to so many fans and all they give us is a 2 second peak at a half assed PS job. Seems more likely to me that they were just testing the waters. I could be wrong but that's how I feel about it.
