 Destroy is the only ending that can possible be explained in a non space magic way...The Crucible creates a dark energy pulse which surges through the Relay/citidal network which is also a system for distributing energy to the Reapers..The Codex and games reiterate often that reapers don't require fuel but yet use E-Zo cores that requires electrical energy to function...The God Boy can be explained as a ideation of an indoctrination attempt..The only Action that makes physical sense is shooting that conduit, valve, or regulator thingy.. Something Physically REAL that is Impeding the power flow necessary to knock out the reapers..Every other PHYSICAL action Shepard can take is just suicide with some MYSTICAL MAGIC PRETEND Implications..The REAPERS throughout the series have presented themselves as GODHEADS and transcendent powers with UNKNOWABLE motivations while in reality acting as parasitic space fleas sucking the life out of the galaxy in orgasm Vampiric reproduction..They deserve our disdain not an the adoption of their themes of mystical transcendence..IT's really a very critical parable of religion but I don't want to go there..
