How will Bioware respond?
Option A: Ignore the fans
Option B: Ignore the fans and try to extort them with a £10 charge later for DLC?
Option C: Ignore the fans and add a montage DLC that doesn't explain the plot holes featured.
Hold your breaths folks!
I guess we're getting C...

Come off it.
You all know you'll buy anything they offer us. I know i will.
You're delusional.
We'll see.
And how come signum8711 and Gortex havnt got ME3 registered on this forum?
I'm guessing you've at least played the game if you dont own it.
And you, Signum8711, I see you only joined this forum three days ago.
Would i be right in saying yu just joined to rant about never buying a bioware game again?
I've played and bought all mass effect games. I dont know what account this 1 is linked to but if aint my actual gamertag then all the better to stay annonymous. I grew and loved the mass effect series, I felt cheated with the ending sequence then went on youtube just to see what would happend if shepard lives and then I came across things like top 10 reasons the mass effected ending sucked, and the indoctrinationation theory, then seeing comments from the bioware staff hinting that there would be dlc on its way to fix or complete the ending so to speak. Then to not only be greatly dissapointed in the ending and feel like all the choices I made had an impact during the game but unlike an endless line of parrallel universes where the tiny move or decision would lead to a different outcome that was what we were all expecting, not for all those choices only to be filtered down right at the end to form an ab c sequence. Also to have the game incomplete only leaving more questions when we were promised a complete game, if they wish to complete the game only through dlc but sorry I wont be buying it thats what I bought the game for to have a complete story told to me, not leave it at a cliff hanger and say please insert another credit to continue. I have every reason to feel cheated rant and express my anger and if you cant see it or think the same way then your the fool whose would spend 200 pounds in the future to buy 1 game broken up into chapters, we've found the lackey who would roll out the red carpet for them to extort us.
Edit- dont you think its odd how this topic was randomly taken off sticky, its the only thread where people are actually talking about being extorted by bioware and talking about boycotting games and dlc and they are hoping that by removing it off sticky that it would die off or at least prevent the majority from seeing it and feeling the same

Traditional market etiquette would suggest that such decisions could be mediated through the loss of a consumer base. Unfortunately that theoretical scenario does not always hold to practicality, as we see here. What if all other companies engage in similar practices? In that case consumers no longer have a choice but to simply endure those policies.
If it turns a profit, it probably isn't ethical. Bioware is intensely interested in making a profit, it is a company after-all. Because of their success, they are no longer a "small-company" and have learned to play with the big boys; and the first thing you learn with the big boys is everything comes second to financial self-maximization and remaining competitive.
Thus instead of listening to fans and correcting their mistakes, they are "weathering the storm" and trying to cover it all up, hoping everyone forgets about it. It's just the way the market operates, it's a perpetual competition between the consumer and the producer, employee and employer.
Of course, I could be wrong and it could be EA making all these decisions for them. How much equity does EA have in Bioware at the moment?
EDIT: Or Bioware may be preparing a large patch to rectify some issues and/or add content. That would certainly alleviate customer concerns and grievances.
