I hated Liara's character in ME1. She was just... creepy. And acted like a thirteen year old girl.

But I'm glad I stayed faithful. She evolved as a character, and in ME3 the romanced really fleshed out into something meaningful and well written. Props to Bioware on that.

My "canon" Shepard (a pure Parogon male Soldier) romanced Ash in ME1, Tali in ME2, and going into ME3 I was actually conflicted, but as soon as Ash's trust Issues reared their ugly head I made the decision to stay with Tali.

My secondary Shepard (A true Renegade FemShep Vanguard) romanced Liara in ME1, Stayed faithful in ME2, and romanced Liara in ME3.

I plan on my third Shepard (Paragade male Infiltrator), who romanced Ash in ME1, Tali in ME2, to romance Ash in ME3

I've also thrown around a bunch of other character/alignment/romance options in my head, (probably another FemShep, this time paragon, and I havent decided between Thane and Garrus)  will play some of them out if I have time (keeping in mind that for me a ME1/2/3 playthrough is gonna take over 100 hours.)

No, I didn't like Liara, not Ashley, so when Tali became available in ME2, I went back to play a 'canon' playthrough where I romanced Tali.

Though, with the options open now, I'm thinking of creating a Jersey Shepard, leather jacket and all, who hooks up with Jack, since she really impressed me in ME3, except she just did not fit my Shepard.

I still need to find someone for my Renegade Femshep, though. Maybe Specialist Traynor.

All this is moot, though, since I won't be playing ME3 until I get new endings.

Liara, Ashley, Kaidan, Tali, Jack with varying renegade/paragon/paragade
Had them all stayed faithfull to all awaiting to play on ME3.
Took liara playthrough first. Saw ending (or endings). Uninstalled all three games. Deleted all the saves. Sat back and toasted to the best franchise ever ruined by last 5 minutes of ending.

I pretty much tried to bang every female there was.

It was upsetting that you couldn't nail them all.... except Liara... I want to throw her out an airlock.

 I started with Ash and actually liked her. Then when she lost so much screen time in ME2 and she became quite a pain I switched to Tali (always preffered Tali anyway) and stuck with her through ME3. Gotta include a brief moment with Jack in ME2 though

 I stayed faithful to Liara for all three games (didn't date anyone on ME2). She is the kindest, smartest and overall the best person from ME Universe to me and I really love her!  

Every dialogue with her, every scene with her 
I watched carefully and also when in combat, I was mostly looking after her if she is okay

Well, I'm still waiting for news about the lil blue baby from the Consort. And from Liara. Was hoping for lil green children with Shiala as well. Now that's something that's definitely worth a DLC.
