I completely skipped Kasumi's mission (Citadel: Hanar Diplomat) without even knowing it existed. I went strait from Priority: Palaven to Priority: Sur'Kesh and didn't receive the email from the salarian Spectre (the mission doesn't show up in the journal at all). Is there any way that I can use gibbed's to start this mission now?
Using gibbed's save editor to activate missed mission?

Go to the specter offices and near the door should be a salarian specter.

Thanks for replying, but the quest auto-fails if you progress too far in the main missions before completing this one. I did that by accident, which is why I want to edit the save to start this mission late.

I also would like to know that because I'm making some videos and need some scenes from other mission I just played... Don't want to play that again especially not only for this secene.

I don't think the quest flags for ME3's quests have been mapped out yet. Loading to an earlier save seems to be your best bet ATM. Also, since the quest is bugged from here to hell in any case, even if you get it, there's no guarantee that you'd be able to complete it.

I doubt it will be possible with gibbed in the near future, if its possible at all. Going back to an older save or creating a new one seems to be your best bet and will work out a lot faster than waiting for an newer version of gibbed that would allow such manipulation.
