I murdered the Dalish and apparently that's the only real source of elfroot in the game. I'd do this myself but I can't get the toolset to install, seems like it'd be simple enough to do.

I'm kind of surprised he doesn't already, considering he carries almost EVERYTHING ELSE you need.

He doesn't carry lyrium either...
BTW you should have stocked up on elfroot before you decided to murder the dalish. That's what I did.
