I try to go to nostra sporting good from my ship but i can't seem to get it... it doesn't show up from the list of items that i can purchase. Do i have to reach certain point of the game to purchase it? I just finished Geth/Quarian conflict in terms of main quest.
I can't get Serrice Council gauntlet...

Purchaseable items are staged, yes, but the gauntlets might be a "pick up during mission" item. I don't remember. They might be available from Spectre Requisitions, in that case.

As far as I know, ANYTHING you miss will appear at a terminal if you missed it on the field. For instance, I missed the Raptor on Sur'Kesh, but found it for sale in a shop.

Warning: the only item that you cannot buy from Spectre Requisitions or any store after you miss it in a mission is the M-99 Sabre--found near the end at Horizon.
