Message said it was not unlocked contact support if it persists. It did persist.
I contacted Live Chat support. They asked how I could help, as I was typing my few short sentence long reply they closed chat on me.
Perturbed, I tried playing again and logged in to see -60,000 credits and no unlocked items.
I contacted Live Chat support. I quickly said "Hi" and then again typed my explanation of my issue. The agent told me that this was an in game issue and as such that I would need to post my problems in the forums for the appropriate support.
I am going through the process that you (EA) have laid out for me to get help. So now that I have ended up here, where did my credits go? Also, if you could help verify that EA did receive confirmation that I successfully extracted from a Silver ranked Reaper mission for the N7 Event?
