Lost 60k Credits

Lost 60,000 Credits on the Specter equipment pack.

Message said it was not unlocked contact support if it persists. It did persist.

I contacted Live Chat support. They asked how I could help, as I was typing my few short sentence long reply they closed chat on me.

Perturbed, I tried playing again and logged in to see -60,000 credits and no unlocked items.

I contacted Live Chat support. I quickly said "Hi" and then again typed my explanation of my issue. The agent told me that this was an in game issue and as such that I would need to post my problems in the forums for the appropriate support. 

I am going through the process that you (EA) have laid out for me to get help. So now that I have ended up here, where did my credits go? Also, if you could help verify that EA did receive confirmation that I successfully extracted from a Silver ranked Reaper mission for the N7 Event?

I can't really you how many credits I have lost to this bug. If I had to guess it would be 200k at least. Really with they would fix this.

"Any issue pertaining to the in-game aspect of the game is looked after by the Development Team. I have forwarded your comments to them and it would be looked into earnestly. Since matters like these require in-depth analysis, this may actually take a little longer."

I wonder if I'll hear from it again though, and I have yet to see someone from Bioware respond on these forums

Thanks for your reply, this actually is at least more than my EA helper minion gave me. If they get back to you tell them to remember me! 

I guess I am just so catered by WoW support being able to go and see everything that I have ever done and fix any problems. 

Say what you will about Blizzard, their support has been awesome for me.

Enter Bioware, Exit Support.

That ticked was for item packs getting locked again though, but I have another ticket for this issue as well.

Yea I don't see why they cant put up an announcement or sticky saying "We are looking into these wack bugs" like most other developers do. It would at least help me sleep better at night.

I've lost 120k so far from trying to buy spectre packs from the store. Now I don't have enough credits to buy the special pack, and I have to play a couple of matches just to buy it when I don't even know if the equipment will stay in my inventory. I'm sick of this happening, I get the error in the store more than I get actual purchases to work. At least it seems that way.

I lost over 60000 credits in this fashion, trying to buy the premium veteran pack a couple separate times. I'm fully convinced it's bugged. Feels like I can't buy anything without having my earnings wasted. . .

Lost another 33k from trying to buy the premium veterans pack. Just posting it here so its documented in some way. Total is at 93k. I am sure Bioware will have some unilateral "We are sorry thanks for loving us here is something cool for free" thing that they will do for everyone. Heres hoping.

Lost another 60k from trying to buy another Specter kit.

Loss total is up to 153k.

It will refund your purchase  every time however will not allow you to purchase anything. As soon as I quit the game and restart I can purchase just fine however my credits are no longer there.

Sameproblem here, but not only with spectre pack, but with veretan, veteran premium and recruit pack, lost already about 250k credits and contacted EA live help, and still nothing

Just lost an additional 99k Credits from loss of Premium Specter Pack.

Total loss is now up to 252k
