for me so have those things from the dlc menu not come there, is there some time i have to wait or how is it? please i need an answer to this cause im terrified otherwise to get wardens keep and futured dlc...

Some items are in your inventory at the very beginning of the game. Some items are purchased in your camp after your origin story and completion of Lothering.
