A Bioware fan from the start, I own everything you guys have done. But Mass Effect 3 ending is just BAD. I also stopped my SWTOR subscription till something is done, and I love that game thats how much you have affected me

I feel as though Bioware is just dismissing their fans in favor of actually admitting a mistake.
I have to say, with the recent responses from Bioware I am turned completely off their games and I doubt I will be purchasing future games put out by them.

There are certain details of the letter I am not in complete agreement with (mainly the fact that some form of closure is something I feel I need for these characters I have come to love so much over the past 5 years), but overall, great wording of our collective viewpoints.
