Did I ever mentioned I'd love to see a finale with my fave LI?
And more LI-content in general, for ANY LI, including my fave LI?

No?

Then I just did it.

Seriously, Shepard deserves his or her happy ending. Even if it's just "happy" with a great deal of "bitter" ... that's still better than death & everything FUBAR.

Please, add at least one companion that is kinda chaotic/rough. I do like characters that are not always nice and kind.

Jack would be a perfect companion as she is the most unique female character.

Hi! me and my friend were brainstorming and came up with some ideas for new DLC. We are both big fans and just though these ideas would be a nice addition to ME3

*Retake Omega DLC- Introduce DLC that adds to Aria's story seeing as she is a important character in the Mass Effect universe & in the Dark Horse comics. This DLC could provide more of a background story for Aria and add her as a temporary follower along with adding why the Illusive Man wanted Omega. This DLC could include new husk enemys( i.e. salarians and elcor),Powers, and Experimental weapons.

*Feron's Mission: Ilos- For the second DLC we thought it would be cool if there was a DLC that allowed you to travel back to Ilos this would be a perfect opportunity to explain the background of the protheans in depth for the new gamers to the series and add squad missions like loyalty missions in ME2 but to give a better understanding of your squadmates. This DLC pack could include new prothean weapons/schematics uncovered by the Batarian Hegemony such as Prothean grenades which be a grenade that does damage per second that has a chance to "infect" one enemy with a dark channel aura with a 5 m radius, 15 second duration effect, and 55 damage per second. The Evoultion process could be like this Rank2 increase Capacity by 1, Rank3 increase damage per second by 15%,Rank4 increase radius by 20% or increase Durartion by 25%,Rank5 increase capacity or increase chance to infect a 2nd enemy, Rank6 increase radius and duration by 20% or if the first infected enemy dies by the grenade it cause a prothean explosion that does 405 damage across 3 m that has a chance to infect two other enemys that take the rank1 effects.

I have an addendum to my former post: a request in case Thane cannot be saved and must die.

A lot of people are calling for a final cut-scene showing the fates of everyone who was involved with Shepard and if s/he dies, a proper funeral where s/he is mourned by all, especially an LI. My request is that If Shepard dies in the Final Choice (whatever it may be in the future) and she romanced Thane, then I would like to see her reunited with him Across the Sea in place of whatever scene she might have had with anyone else she romanced. I think that if he's killed off regardless of fan protesting, then that small clip of happiness is deserved.

And I don't mean like a 'Huerta Hospital' kind of reunion- I mean a full on passionate, loving and intimate moment where Shepard looks totally at peace and she and Thane are both happy. Then at least fans would know they're together somehow.

I gotta say, I'm surprised I hadn't thought of this or I hadn't seen this mentioned before, at least the general idea. Like in DA:O where even if the Warden dies it at least shows a nice funeral/memorial in their name, with extra touching scene involving the LI. I would actually really really like to see something like this added as well. Probably not to the same extent, I don't need to see any portrayal of "the other side" or "Heaven" or anything like that, but something physical back in the real world would be nice for those players that did have their Shepherd die.

I would like a clip of a beautiful (or as beautiful as it can be for a devastated world...) memorial speech etc at Shepherd's funeral, maybe calling out a few of the "choices" from players past in ME1, ME2 and ME3, maybe calling out some personality quirks (paragon or renegade). A scene or moment or a few words by the LI left behind. All the crew, friends, people, races, species, ships, etc all there (if there is anyone left anyway...).

This could be another nice subtle moment to reflect Shepherd's choices, if they have a really low GaW readiness, then maybe no one is there to give Shepherd a funeral, if it's mild, then only some people are reflected, species that weren't involved aren't present (i.e. if the player killed the last rachni queen or saved the Krogan at the expense of the Salarian alliance), and this can go up to the last possible readiness score before it switches to Shepherd actually living through the finale and can involve just a sea of species/people attending the ceremony.

Could definitely help with some closure for Shepherd dying at the end of the series, and I'd say they (Shepherd) at least deserves it at this point lol.

Also, if Shepherd lives, a selfish request this time lol, wouldn't mind some mention of perhaps Shepherd becomming an Admiral themselves...after everything they've done, all the impossible tasks, all the beating the odds, doing more than any one else in the galaxy was able to do, I THINK Shepherd seriously deserves a promotion at this point. Just sayin'...that might by my Shepherd channeling through me though...

04. Please no more celebrity inserts, especially based on video game journalists and fangirls who want some airtime (that's just pandering to IGN and their scores/reviews, not very...well...ethical). Diana Allers was an incredibly bad character, very poorly acted, and had no personality. Easily someone like Gianna Parasini, Emily Wong, Khalisah, or a better modeled and acted Diana could have taken the place of the current character.

^This. I'm sure Jessica Chobot is a lovely person, but I'd rather of had Emily Wong (a character Shepard knew from the previous games) on board in that role rather than someone with minimal input in terms of storyline (it's not like she even had any related side quests). Traynor and Cortez at least had interesting jobs, but Allers inclusion brought nothing to the game in terms of narrative richness.

Also, I think Emily Wong is the ONE person I don't remember hearing anything from in ME3, the one cameo that I never found or isn't there?! Would have at least liked a letter or news story from her. Did I just miss her or did she get skipped in ME3?!

I never post on forums, but after playing through all three games and being so heavily invested in each characters, the ending was beyond depressing for me.

I understand that the creators wanted to have a deep and meaningful ending, but the great part about Mass Effect in the first place was that everyone could play a game that was tailored to them.

I am some one who really can't stand a unhappy ending, and so I did everything the game would allow to get the highest readiness and asset levels so that I wouldn't have my story end in heartbreak, yet it still did.

My LI was Garrus, and after that very moving goodbye, it pointed towards the hope that we would get through this and be together again. Even with the two second shot that Shepard might still be alive, where was she? Would she ever see Garrus again? And why did all AI have to be wiped out in the first place?

I can understand a ending with the future being uncertain after the reapers were destroyed, but why, if the ending already shows Shepard being alive at the end ( if you had the war asset levels of course) could you not just show Shepards LI pulling her out of the rubble and just letting us have some sense that Shepard get to be happy with her LI?

Basically, I want what other are calling for, a "golden" ending. It might not be the most artistic, but I play video games to relax and meet charectures I can grow attached to, and in the end watch a happy ending.

You can't walk away from even the best ending feeling anything but deeply depressed when your LI let you know how empty their lives would be if you didn't come back at your goodbye. How is that a good ending? Sure your LI gets to live, but they will be miserable without you, and because the relays were all destroyed they can never see their families again. It's downright cruel.

The only thing I want is for just one of the endings to be truly perfect, after all, for me, the underlying theme in all the games was that hope could overcome all obstacles. The endings we were given all boiled down to one thing, hope may save the galaxy, but it won't save you or the ones you love.

The last thing I would like to point out though is that logically, combining synthetics and organics should be the ideal solution where true peace is achieved, but I see no logical reason for Shepard to have to become one with the catalyst. The reapers already had millions of species harvested including all of the current cycles species so why would the information from one human make any difference.

I think the perfect ending would be that the organics and synthetics are merged into this high evolution, in which true peace and understanding is achieved between synthetics and organics and the relays are not destroyed . The would be a AMAZING premise to start a new Mass Effect series on, one in which the galaxy now may live with the reapers and have the ability to each beyond their galaxy, the possibilities are endless! Shepard would be sent back to earth by the catalyst and tasked with guiding this new cycle in a direction of peace. She would than be pulled out of the debris by her LI, and they would share a moment, before being joined by the rest of the crew. Finally Harbinger would speak to Shepard about the uncertain future and the game could end looking towards a brave new cycle.

I know this probably won't be read by anyone due to the sheer amount of posts being written, but I really felt like I needed to say this. All in all I still consider Mass Effect the best series ever written, and I look forward to the new ending and new DLC.

Keep up the good work!

Ok here are some things I think should be addressed in some way:

1. Tali's face
- I think it would be nice to actually have a scene where we finally can see her true face behind the mask, not just a picture that was doctored slightly.

2. Boss fight/talk with Harbringer
- I felt kind of cheated to not have some kind of actual battle with Harbringer or at least see him (it?) being attacked by the fleet. I mean he was hyped up to be essentially the main reaper in ME2 and part of 3, but we never see anything come out of that besides the scene of you running towards the teleporter to the Citadel. In the very least we should see Joker and the Normandy attacking and wounding/killing him in a scene.

3. Mass relays destroyed?
-Ties into the ending problems discussed by many others. I'm hoping this one is seriously being looked at because it just doesn't much sense to me and many others. When relays are destroyed, according to your own DLC "Arrival" in ME2, it causes a blast so powerful that it essentially wipes out a system. So why with every ending choice are the relays destroyed, which according to your own canon will more or less wipe out the universe. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of stopping the reapers, if you are just going to do their job for them? I'm not sure how to best fix this (I'm sure others here have some excellent ideas) but this most definitely needs addressed.

4. More squadmates
-Not the biggest issue, much more important ones need fixed. This is more of a suggestion. I seemed to feel that there were too few choices in squad members. Don't get me wrong, I loved the ones chosen (Even Javik I found interesting for the most part). I just think some more past crewmembers should have been added. For example, the biggest let down for me in this area was not having Wrex as a squadmember again. All the other original members from ME1 (that survived at least) were all back, but for some reason Wrex was neglected. I know he was now leading the Krogans, but couldn't he still have done that while aboard the Normandy? The female that you save and he falls in love with was clearly a strong leader too. Could she not have filled part of Wrex's role while he joins the Normandy crew?

5. More crew interaction scenes
-One thing I loved about ME2 was how close you felt with the crew. You learned each of their backgrounds and did missions that dealt with them personally. This is seen in some minor ways, but not as much as in ME2. There seems to be bairly any crew interaction, besides just clicking on them to hear a quick line like Zaeed and Kasumi did. I would love to see more actually in dpeth scenes of you talking to your crew members, learning even more about them, their feelings on the missions and you.

6.The Side missions...
-The side missions in this game seem pretty lackluster to what they were in the previous games. For one, the lack of a mission tracker that at least tells you what you are doing is slightly annoying and quite backward thinking. The majority of these side missions are just going to a planet, scan something to get it, then flying back to the Citadel to find whoever mentioned the item. At least make the pursuit of these items worth the trip. Such as actually landing on the planet and going through a small level to find or retrieve. Of course fighting your way to it through Reaper husks, or whatever enemy happens to have occupied that planet.

7. Seeing the forces gathered in the final battle.
-One thing I feel rather cheated out of was seeing some of the war assets I found/saved being utilized in the final battle. I wanted to see Elcor with their mounted guns charging into battle, the Volus ships flying and attacking the reaper forces, Geth Primes blasting husks away, or any of the other Mass Effect Characters that were alive fighting, such as Jack and her students. That would have made spending hours collecting those annoying assets at least worth it in some way.

8. Make player choices matter in the end!
-This is the biggest problem I have and want to see fixed in some way. Many choices have been utilized in some way in the story which I expected nothing less of and applaud you for making that work once again. However, it seems like at the ending none of your choices are taken into any sort of account for how your Shepard finishes the game. Many of your loyal fans, including me want to see that ending where everything we did is taken into account, instead of basically being forced into the same ending with no diference besides the colors.

9. Finally (or at least the last one I can think of currently) make an ending that makes sense
-Vague, I know but it has to be done in some way. Remaking an entire ending is probably ludicrous and not at all cost effective, so I will give you that at least. But it literally makes almost no sense. There are so many redundencies between what the "god child" says and what the reapers do or did in the past games that it just gives you a major headache. My best suggestion for this is to either look at the Indocrination Theory that some fans have suggested, or at the very least keep the "god child" thing but give players more information, choice and some dialogue changes to make it a little more plausible.

Thanks for reading and I hope you continue to read all of the other comments that your fans are posting here. We love you Bioware, so please regain our trust and respect in some way by addressing the major issues stated in this thread. Image IPB

What I want is all the romances being equal, yes, I want the same work you did with Liara to every LI from ME1 and ME2. BW dropped the ball in that regard.

And a set of mission with Miranda that will give her a closure to her past with Cerberus. She worked like 20 years with them an all I hear from her in ME3 is Oriana Oriana Oriana.

For the most part I enjoyed Mass Effect 3, the story was intense and the gameplay as expected from bioware but from the moment that reaper blast strikes Sheppard during hammer's final charge i knew things were not going to end well.
The ending was not original as biooware claimed it would be, an AI giving me 3 choices of how to end the game is pretty much a clone of dues ex human revolution. Where are the results of the hundreds of choices that have been made throughiout mass effect 1,2 and 3.

As for the ending, I was not oppsed to sheppards detah, although an option for his survival would not have been beyond the realm of possibility and after the destruction of the mass relay durning arrival dlc that particular moment was also fairly predicatble. The AI's claim that hope exists because no human had ever made it that far was flawed, because without the godlike elevator of life sheppard would probably have died without ever reaching the catalyst. That each of the 3 descisions available leave pretty much identical endings is poor work when project cd red could make 4 beginnings and 16 endings to their second game. It is also stange how liara and EDi who were both right behind my sheppard durnign that final charge made it back to the Normandy to be present after its crash landing. How did they survive the reapers? how did they get back to the normandy? why did they flee without checking on sheppards condition?

How's this for an ending-----

Sheppard and his team make it aboard the citadel, fight their way through cerberus indoctrinated soliders and reaper forces to the very control room where he faced seren 3 years before. The illusive man is waiting and indoctrinated by harbinger is able to reveal the reapers origins. Millions of years ago the galaxy was ruled by a species not unlike the hannar and they enslaved all lesser creatures. these slaves were charged with constructing an amada of ships but unknown by the masters the slaves inbued these ships with their own organic matter in the millions creating the first reapers, maybe five in total including harbinger and sovereign. These first reapers detroyed their oppressors but are locked in a cycle of hatred that they do not truly understand themsleves and retunr every 50'000 years to take their vengeance on the advanced races. the fuction of the crucible is to distrupt the control signal transmitted from these 5(4 now cos sovereign is already dead) which incapaciates the lesser reapers. The remaing masters of their kind converge on the citadel and the fleet must attempt to destroy them. choisdes made before and during this battle determine whether the allied fleet is successful. Meanwhile sheppard and his team must fight an indoctrinated illusive man. and maybe use quick time events to determine to outcome of the space battle raging around them.

And that was five minutes work while enjoying a pint in the local. Boiware, witrh 2 years the write an ending to their flagship game series should surely have done better that what we got

Felt slightly cheated that my favourite side characters were only featured as emails (Kal'Reegar and Shiala) while characters I didn't care about and really didn't add anything to the game were giving ample air time (Allers).

Also immensely disliked the ending.
Instead of changing or explaining the 'three' established endings, just provide a fourth option. Shepard turns to the StarChild and says "no", he's not going to choose and messages Hackett that the weapon doesn't work or is going to doom everyone anyway.

Then it's down to a good old fashioned fight for your life situation, no need for plot twist endings, just you and your EMS dictating how things end.
If you maxed out your EMS then everyone lives and you get that unicorn rainbow happy ending, you see in game cutscenes of the races you recruited push back the reapers causing them to flee/die etc.
If you had a love interest then you see them reuniting, give them that Return of the Jedi ending. Reward the player who has spent hours scanning planets and doing the right thing.

If your ems is any lower then your squad mates might die, platoons get wiped out.
Lower than that and the LI might die and Earth gets messed up.
If your EMS was at the minimal then you manage to drive the reapers back but you die from blood loss and most of your forces have been wiped out anyway, Earth is now a scorched planet and whoever is left has to rebuild if they can.

And if you do feel the need to pad out the gameplay then revise the Citadel part to allow for more action in the citadel abeit sans squadmates. Give us that crescendo we all want.

That's what I think anyway.
I've personally enjoyed the entire series immensely and played from ME2 a few times. If only that ending were changed.

I wrote this for another thread which has swiftly vanished, but I thought I'd repost here. This is merely some thoughts on how I'd invisage the game ending in my own ideal little world. Granted, BioWare don't have unlimited time or budget, but you wanted suggestions and these are mine.

Most of my issues with the present ending lie in the closing minutes, but the first thing I'd do is improve War Assets. Roughly speaking, you'd have four types:

1. Crucible Assets, which ensure the Crucible is finished. More of these mean the device is stronger and less likely to be damaged/destroyed.

2. Galactic Assets, which are forces not present at the final battle (So colonist militias, defenders on their own homeworlds, and so on). A greater number of these reduces the Reaper presence at earth as more Reapers are engaged/destroyed elsewhere (Galactic Readiness from the Multiplayer adds to this set of assets, rather than being a % modifier).

3. Fleet Assets, which are the ships for the final space battle. The more of these you have, the more defence the Crucible has, and the more damage they do to Reaper numbers.

4. Ground Assets, which are the troops sent down to secure the conduit to the Citadel. Greater numbers of these will make some of the ground battles easier (either through direct NPC support, or because Reaper forces have more fronts to fight on). A few of these also dictate if certain squad members live or die at the end (Bit like upgrades in ME2, explained more below).

In the case of 3 and 4, some visual representation of these assets in action will be necessary. Not for all the assets, but the major ones. Rachni ships swarming a Reaper, or an Elcor tank blasting through some rubble to create a shortcut. Showing a few of the big assets in actions would go a long way to making the whole battle sequence feel unique to your game.

Shepard enters the conduit as normal. I would, however, change the design of the interior to look more like the Keeper tunnels, to suggest you're really behind the scenes. Shepard finds a tunnel that leads to the council chamber where the Citadel controls are, as in ME1. Perhaps have that the chamber was remodelled after sovereign's attack with more windows, to show the arms opening. The showdown with the Illusive Man and Anderson plays out here as normal, and you open the Ward arms.

There's now a calculation done in the background. Basically the Crucible Strength and Fleet/Ground assets are compared to Reaper Strength (Which has already had the Galactic assets subtracted). The game uses this comparison to work out how strongly the Reapers attack the Crucible; either the Crucible is moved into position without taking damage, is moved into position but damaged, or it is destroyed.

If the Crucible is destroyed, there's a Bad Ending here. The fleet tries to escape once it realises the Crucible has failed, but is destroyed by the Reapers. Meanwhile, Reaper Husks swarm the control room. While Shepard attempts to mount a defence, Harbinger posesses TIM's corpse (As Sovereign did with Saren). He uses TIM's indoctrination implants to control Shepard, who is killed. We get some sad scenes of people dying, the Reapers winning. At the end we cut to the far future, where someone finds Liara's Black Box with the Reaper Data in, similar to the Eden Prime beacon discovery. The idea is to suggest that while the cycle continues, the next cycle may have hope.

Assuming the Crucible is in place, Star Child shows up. At this point, you have something like a battle of wits or argument with it. The Child wants to convince you that the cycle must continue. Dialogue would not be dissimilar to the current ending; the difference here is that Shepard gets a chance to challenge what he says. Winning the argument should be easier for players with a high enough Reputation, but should not be impossible for a player to argue his way through. Certain choices like saving/destroying the Geth should be recognised in this conversation, as they are relevant.

The Child is actually Harbinger, trying to influence Shepard's mind; the Child is all in his head. If Shepard fails to overcome the Child's arguments, he is indoctrinated. We see the fleets being destroyed again as with the bad ending above, and we see Shepard with glowing blue Saren/TIM indoctrination eyes. Again we cut to the future where Liara's Black Box is found.

Assuming you don't accept the Child's arguments, the image of the Child turns into the image of Harbinger. This is a chance for a bit more dialogue with the Reapers, and possibly to reveal their true purpose, but only if a good explanation is devised; I honestly think the Reapers could remain interstellar Cthulhuian horrors beyond our understanding. Their goal isn't as important as stopping them.

Regardless, the Reapers now swarm towards the Citadel in force; Harbinger knows you're about to activate the Crucible. We see the fleet moving to intercept to give you time to fire it.

When you fire the Crucible, the Reapers are defeated. Possibly the Crucible just makes them all explode. But another fan ending had a really good idea; the Crucible causes all the Mass Relays and the Citadel to realign to the centre of the Galaxy, and then calls all the Reapers. In other words, the Reapers are forcibly fired through Mass Relays into the black hole at the centre of the Galaxy. Getting rid of the corpses this way also deals with the issue, raised in ME2, that dead Reapers can still indoctrinate people, which might make cleanup difficult. Here's the alternate fan ending in question where this idea came from: www.oxm.co.uk/40079/features/is-this-how-mass-effect-3-should-end/

If the Crucible was damaged during deployment, then the energy pulse that reconfigures the relays causes them to overload, along with the Citadel. The idea is that the Galaxy is saved, but at a massive cost. Long term the Galaxy is free from the Reapers, but the short term looks grim. Shepard is killed when the Citadel explodes. The ending consists of various surviving characters discussing the long term implications of the loss of the relays; we don't see any cheesy flashforwards, but we're given hints to suggest how the galaxy might cope in the future.

If the Crucible wasn't damaged, then the Mass Relays survive; once the Reapers are taken care of we see them realigning back to their normal locations (or cooling down if they blew up the Reapers). The Citadel doesn't explode instantly, but does start to fall apart; we get a scene where we see Shepard scrambling to get out – Pulls on helmet and gets out onto the outside of the Council Chamber lift as a throwback to ME1, where the Normandy shuttle picks him up just in time to save him. This is the most positive ending; The galaxy is battered but unified, and ready to begin the arduous task of rebuilding. Again we see surviving characters discussing the implications of being free from the Reapers, and a short reunion scene with Shepard's LI. Important to show some scenes of the widespread destruction on Earth here, to add that bittersweet note to the ending and hit home the cost of the war. Again, no long term flashforwards – what happens beyond this point is for the fans to debate.

For both these two endings, some of your former and current squad can die during the final battle and while you're on the Citadel, if you had a low number of ground assets. The lower the number, the more deaths, as with ME2. Certain assets should probably save certain characters to stop this being too random (So the Asari Commando Unit or the Shadow Broker Mercs might keep Liara alive, for instance). If significant characters like Wrex die, this obviously has big implications for the future. No need to entirely spell out those implications, that's something fans would actually enjoy speculating about :)

Also, in the post credits scene, we get a close-up of some rubble, and we see Marauder Shields wake up and take a breath :D

Edit: Fixed formatting, silly forum.

i thought the choices were fine, i just think the end videos should contain more information about what happens after the reapers are defeated, especially with the mass relays destroyed (and if possible: whats the story of those keepers?)

i respectfully advice you not to change too much, cause that would actually destroy the series, since we have been led to the final three choices throughout all three games.

in the first game we learned synthetics are evil, which leads us to the red explosions.
in the second we learned synthetics can be our friends, which leads to the blue one.
and finally the third game shows us that organics can fall in love with synthetics so we should make them compatible. ergo, the green destruction of the mass relays.

to further underline my point: anderson led us in mass effect (red), the illusive man in mass effect 2 (blue).

oh, and just so i can be one of the guys who called it: the indoctrination theory is stupid. the fans dont like the ending, so it cant be true.. had to be a dream (or in this case indoctrination). oh, and its pretty easy to disproof:

if it was indoctrination and we had to choose the red option to snap out of it, why is it the only possible option here? the reapers noticed that shepard hadnt enough war assets so they werent interested in successfully mind controlling him? they just made a ... trial run (?) for the next hero with a bigger army?

anyways, im off point. just make longer end videos, which actually explain stuff.

even though its pretty presumtuous of me, but i have to assume the game was rushed in the end. i dont know about the console versions but my pc versions has a few bugs which could have been fixed with a little more testing. so i guess there wasnt enough time to make proper end videos.

anyhow. i love all 3 games (1 and 3 the most), so thanks bioware.

oh, and i would have been satisfied with a few pages of reading material at the end, just like you did at the end of jade empire (also a really great game).

I would like to see that going-blind-and-deaf-as-you-die mechanic be taken out or optional.
Personally, I find it's very annoying and it often prevents me from figuring out what's killing me. I usually end up running into the enemy that gunned me down in the first place, especially when I have 1/4 or less of visible screen to find cover.

Love the weapon setup in this game, and being able to see what my changes in armor and weapon mods make. I have run into a minor glitch that with the game installed (my 360's DVD drive is dying) that the armor model doesn't load, though.

I think that you'll eventually include the Mako or Hammerhead in some DLC in the future so:
I liked the minigun and cannon on the Mako, but the Hammerhead's handling was great, but its missiles had a real hard time hitting what I aimed at.
I would like to see the vague health gauge on the Hammerhead replaced. It was almost impossible to tell how much damage it had until it was smoking

Dear Jessica, dear Chris thanks for patience and attention.
I completed all MEs and Imported saves throughout the years and heres a little analytic approach:

-Lost Williams and saved Wrex in the first chapter.
-freed the rachni
-Completed all DLC's in ME.
-Had no story with Williams and Liara
-destroyed the collectors base in ME2
-Saved all the crew members
-completed all side missions, finished the game twice and reached the maximum paragon level
-everyone of the friends survived the suicide mission, Zaeed and Kasumi included.
-started and carried a story with Tali Zorah
-reprogrammed the Geth community
-recovered the Prothean Javik in ME3
-saved the rachni once again
-Grunt and Wrex survived
-Mordin, Thane, Legion and Chambers died in different circumstances
-cured the krogan geno****y, Bakara is safe and lead the krogan with wrex.
-obtained the support of Salarian SOS in the war
-made Quarian and Geth live together and start building a new home on Rannoch
-helped everyone and completed all side missions scanning all planets in ME3
-gathered almost 8000 points in attack force
-100% of galactic reactivity
-story with Tali continued
-joker and EDI became a couple
-Destruction ending: joker exits normandy with Tali and shepards breaths at the end

Well, that assumed,I got few questions/suggestions based on my personal experience that I hope you'll find constructive and non offensive:

1) why the three faces that appear in the finale are anderson, liara and joker? You should have placed all of my friends faces, or none. Just Tali..Could have been reasonable.

2) put the name of kimberly chambers on the memorial aboard the normandy, please. Her death is cruel and cannot be ignored as the game does.

3) improve reaction of shepard in front of thane death and death in general. He will die in front of him and a quite long cut-scene of a goodbye/ceremony is needed. We cannot go dance with Jack in the purgatory two minutes after one of our best friends is died.

4)what all that variables and inputs have been used for if the do not determine the ending scene? 8000 points of forces or 1500 show the same results in this way..

5)Mordin could be still alive. You can still save him from the ruins of the building.. Please.. There Must be a way to save him.. He should have the possibility to see what he did for the Krogans..it's cruel not give importers who saved wrex any possibility to save both, also if it will be harder to obtain.

6)I have no fear to admit that I'd love a sweet-to-death finale, also with fun moments! and all that live together or in their home planets. Don't forget that every player get what he deserved from all the choices he made and the sacrifices, in terms of emotions, he made.. We deserve the possibility to access, in case you'll built new ending contents, to all the kind of finale, from the bittest to the sweetest. Do not listen to those who offend it..

7)Ilusive man's mind goes down too easily in front of shepard in the finale after three years of foundamentalist crazyness around the galaxy and billions and billions spent for military and scientific research.

8)Thane should be saveable in my opinion.. Shepard could gather a hundred sacks of blood in a day. he gathered all the possible forces in the galaxy in a month..

9)don't spend too much energy to create and add new characters and dialogs interaction.. They have been incredibly improved from the previous chapters. You should focus, if you decide that it matters, on the endings, and experience improvements.. Maybe letting old mates rejoin battle with us, like Samara, for example..

In conclusion, in my opinion, the ending itself, as designed now, has been son of a budget lacking matter. But all its possible from you, BIOWARE, and all the best has yet to come. I do believe that!
However, don't take all that mass criticism with a bad mood, I am sure everyone in this forum who have bought the saga games is proud of you and all your majestic efforts are everything but underestimated.

Love, patience and support from Italy
Thanks for all you've done

PS. and.. I cannot resist, I'm sorry but.. Please... don't let shepard saga die here! you don't need to be original, the universe post reapers could be full of rpg gaming and cospiracies that threathen the peaceful galaxy. Consider the option of a sequel and abandon the "stargazers", so that all the major changes we brought to life playing our saga can be appreciated and "lived" in an another fifty hours experience, instead of collapsing in 5 minutes of a cut budget ending..

I want to be able to access all the endings without playing the multiplayer AND without having to go back and play the first 2 games again or pulling my hair out.

I know that the whole "galactic readiness" thing is a way to get people to play the multiplayer, but people will still play the multiplayer without it effecting the SPC if they like it.  Speaking as one who hates it, I do not think it's fair to have people shell out $65-75 for a game and leave them stuck with limited endings.

Emily dies ramming a Reaper with her van. It is not in the game, actually, but in a piece of viral marketing which is presented as her twitter while reporting the Reaper invasion of Earth. Yes, it is actually quite sad to know her heroic death is very hard to know if you do not do some side research T_T

What I want is all the romances being equal, yes, I want the same work you did with Liara to every LI from ME1 and ME2. BW dropped the ball in that regard.

I am one of the few who are OK with the current endings. The one thing that I HATE though, is the normandy fleeing/crash landing scene. I thought the destroy ending was a fitting end to my Shepard's story.

The only change I would want would be for Normandy. Why was joker fleeing? How did Kaidan get on the ship after being hit by Harbinger? I think it would make more sense and provide more closure if instead of fleeing, there was a brief cutscene showing Joker landing on earth after the reapers fall and stepping out of the Normandy to be joined by any remaining characters. This cutscene could be only 30 seconds to a minute, and would significantly improve the ending.
