Does anyone have an idea about that. Baldur's gate used the 2nd Edition AD&D rule set and I wonder if they are going to change it to 4th Edition. I remember 2nd E AD&D was convuloted and I am really not in the mood to deeal with THACO''s all over again.
Anny information would be wonderful.
Which rule set will the Enhanced Edition going to use.

There is a whole thread about the Enhanced Edition. The long and short of it is that nobody really knows anything about it. However, as an updated BG, my understanding is that it would be 2nd Ed (I don't know if it has been announced that it will be).
I think if they remade BG with 4th Ed rules, hordes of screaming BG fans would descend on their workplace and tear it apart with their bare hands like Laurel's gibberlings, pummel them into oblivion and mutilate their corpses.
