Galaxy at War states it has failed to login and is offline.  I have an origin account and have followed the instructions to sync with my xbox live account as stated in http://social.biowar.../galaxy-at-war. I am able to play multiplayer which i find fun but, see no change to to my readiness even with completed multiplayer games.  I have tried downloading ME3 datapad, logged in and am unable to connect to the galaxy at war map.  I have verified my xbox live account with my profile.  I have rechecked all my info and games to ensure I didn't miss anything.

It claims the sync was successful when i press the galaxy at war link but, I cannot see how that is possible given the situation.  I do not know if this problem is isolated to me, given that i have followed the instructions and have gone over them at least 10 times.

Could i please get someone to check into this for me.

I also get this issue, where it says on the title screen Galaxy at War Load Failed.

This isn't an isolated issue, I talked to 3 different support people online about it over the course of about 6 hours and they all eventually just closed my ticket without another word, and had no idea how to fix this issue.

It's incrediably frustrating because you can't get the "best ending" in single player if it bugs out like this. The issue is on Bioware/EA's side with the account also.
