I've completed the game, even redone the ending twice, but for some reason I do not have the option to import an ME3 character and start NG+. Anyone else run into this problem and/or have a fix?

Do you get the permanent black screen after the credits and the epilogue as well?

No, it goes through and drops me back on the Normandy before the Cerberus base but doesn't allow me to import.

Edit: Since making this topic i've also gone ahead and redone the entire Priority: Earth mission twice more with no luck in allowing an import.

i had same problem untill i turned game down to easy and deleted few save games then it worked

Its pretty much like ME2 you have to start a new game and it should give you the option to import an ME3 character.
