Without the ending? 10/10, with plenty of room to spare. It's easily the best game I've ever played...except that one, massive, glaring flaw that destroys it all.

92% it would be the highest rating I would ever have given any game - without the current ending of course.
If they pull of the indoctrination ending, I'll go up to 95% because then, my only complaint are a couple of dialogue options, the journal and the stupid scanning.
If they don't do anything about the ending, and I'd have to give a score that takes the current one into account, I'd go down quite a few %points.

10/10...there were a few hiccups from an RPG point of view (couldve had better weapon customization and possibly a greater variety of choices in my opinion and I liked choosing a "special" version of a skill at max level like in ME2...the choices in ME3 didnt feel as awesome on the skills) and from the combat perspective (sometimes it was buggy trying to roll in or out of cover and sometimes you would roll around when trying to hide and get killed because of it)
still...10/10...man tears...I laughed and cried and got goosebumps and jumped out of my chair and it was amazing
Ending...0/10 I literally sat there for 70 minutes and went through each ending trying different interrupts and different color choices in disbelief that all of my choices came down to a pretty explosion that was the same regardless of what i did

The game is awesome, the war feel is amazing, have one of the best soundtracks and voices ever. I take points for the ridiculous side quest, journal and little amazing moments for all the chars that we loved from past 2 games (they mostly get some cameos, but I wanted more). Either way, without the end, is an awesome game.

10 out of 10. If not for the ending this would be the game for which all RPG's would be measured on for the rest of this decade.

Without the ending? 10/10..
With the ending? 0/10... sorry but the ending completely kills any and all desire to replay the game.. and I STILL replay the Baldurs Gate/ Neverwinter nights games beccause I enjoyed them so much... before ME3 I felt the same about the ME series... now why bother since it ends so horribly horribly wrong?

10/10 up to the space elevator. I had some very minor quibbles with the confusing quest log but that was about it. It was everything I'd wanted up until the last few minutes.
Once the space elevator descended it became maybe a generous 2/10, with those points for Shep's voice acting.

9/10.
You have to admit that Tali's face is complete laziness on BW's part, regardless of how you feel about her as a character. A stock internet photo? The bad photoshopping? Come on. Bioware is (or was?) capable of a lot better.
Wished that some squadmates from ME2 had longer appearances.
Would have liked a little more participation in conversations as well.
The very fact that 99% of this game was stellar is why many of us hated the last %1.
Ending? 0.5/10.

I've given it a 10/10 before, but I think in fairness its more like a 9/10 for me. Really really solid game without the ending. Very enjoyable, can be real funny at times and very poignant too. Great game.

Without the ending 8.5. (playing on PC).
Great game but it's far from perfect, what lowered my score is: Low resolution textures (maddening when you know the original textures are in high-res but they won't make them available to us), some incredibly bad looking textures (look at peoples hands for example), some lazyness here and there (look at the 2D people running in the distance at the beginnig on Earth), 1 button for everything which causes tons of problems, quite a few bugs, no text chat in multiplayer, etc.
With the ending (especially considering I've played all ME games): 4/10

Its probably safe to say 9/10 / 10/10 for most people if you ignore the end. However after so much time investment its hard to ignore it.

Rating based on without anything post-Anderson talk because up to there I was fine with it. It's the space brat I have a problem with.
8.5/10
I was disappointed with the lack of diversity and branching stories (e.g. Legion or Geth VI. or the treatment of save/destroy the collector base) but that's more a "I wish they had..." It's just too obvious to me that it could have been so much more and wasn't because they didn't want to write/create 2 different paths so they just shoehorned both in to one.

I did enjoy the game but, 9/10 because one simple thing. I would have like to have more hubs and interact with more people, plus in each hub, an invite from your squadmates to do something for fun. I -hope- that with a DLC fixing the ending, and a galaxy in more peace, we will be able to travel to other cities and such.

Up to being hit by beam - 9.9/10
Ending - 1/10 (the 1 is for the TECHNICAL quality of the cinematic and the cool music)
Unless the ending is indoc. Then it gets 11/10.

I'd give it a 9/10 without the ending. The only other issues I had:
- dumb, badly tracked side quests
- Tali's face
- the Rachni showing up even if you killed the queen in ME1, and having zero relevance to the plot either way
Collectively those take off about a point. But overall, it was an absolutely fantastic game... followed by absolutely the worst ending I can remember of any video game ever. I would literally have preferred a "CONGRATURATION" screen in big red letters to the ending we got.
