and I know i hated teh fact that Mordin died... but, I was smiling the whole time, kind of the feeling like "I'm Glad I knew someone like him" I still think Shep shoudl have saluted him at least you know.

Gameplay: 6/10. Upsides: Good balance between weapon and power usage. Using powers together is a bonus rather than mandatory. Downsides: Clipping errors resulting in stuck characters and/or falling through the world. Instant-kill attacks are generally bad. AI can be pants-on-head retarded sometimes. Fetch quests somewhat of a stretch, lore-wise. Map terrible. Journal worse.
Visuals: 7/10. Upsides: World is beautifully crafted, with unique locations, architecture, and art design. Background scenery is impressive. Downsides: Textures are... plain, and seams are often visible. Excellent cinematography is often ruined by model and clipping errors. Animations, especially those where two models interact, suffer from heavy clipping. Console hardware limitations obviously had a strong effect on the design of some areas.
Sound: 9/10. Upsides: Musical score was excellently done. Background audio - machines whirring, people talking, etc. - were all first rate, and incredibly varied. Voice acting work was absolutely stellar, with far fewer of the volume issues that the first and second games had. Downsides: Some synchronization issues, and a few lines cut out midway through. Weapon sounds continue to be underwhelming.
Story: 8.5/10. Amazing writing on the individual level mostly - but not entirely - overcomes some fairly hamhanded larger scale writing gaffes. The Crucible, for example, seems a little too good to be true - although points for having the protagonist comment on it.
Replayability: 8/10. While the game itself is heavily replayable, finding the divergent paths actually requires replaying the previous two titles in addition to this one, which makes the barrier to entry somewhat higher.

7.5/10, even with the ending, because the rest of the game was that good in my eyes.

Though the end isn't quite the end of the world disaster people are making out it still is very poor by ME standards.

The game had flaws, as do all games, when I see a game with a perfect score I don't assume its flawless rather that it's flaws are utterly eclipsed by it's merits. I think all the little technical hiccups like the sidequest tracking and minor glitches were relegated to nitpicking in my view.

Why yes I AM a teacher, what gave it away?
The last and only thing I ever cried at(post babyhood), and this includes marriage and the birth of my children, was the ending of Dead Poets Society(I was fourteen)
Mass Effect 3 came closer to smashing me aside than any other thing in the world.
You can't get a better review than that.

The ending: 2/10, visually pretty but it made me cry for all the wrong reasons.

ME3 definitely not a 10 out of 10 even without the ending.
Is this game still an RPG?
Why is Cidtael the only place you get to explored freely <--- maybe this isn't an issue for fps fans but being an RPG fan this is stupid. One place to explore and rest are all mission areas where your confined. Exploration is like the biggest RPG element there is.
Seriously game was too short for an end of trilogy.
In terms of combat, I really see no difference with ME2. Maybe cause ME3 started during the development of ME2. Barely any improvements.
Story just gets worse and worse ME1>ME2>ME3. The lack of both content and story in ME3.
I was hoping in ME3 to discover and search for more on the origins of the reaper. I did like the fact that you solved some galactic issues like the genophage and geth. But the ending makes those invalid so yeah no point.
Really , the moments I really enjoyed overall was probably conversation Javik has with certain characters. Really wish I can skip cut scenes on my second play through, cause waiting game is no fun. But really why pull a live Prothean twist this late in the game. Not much too expand on.
Considering this is an rpg genre I really don't think ME3 deserves a high score
maybe at best without the ending 6-7/10. With the ending I'm think (2-3)/10 considering it ruins the experience of both ME1 and ME2 and wtf final end to a trilogy.
As an rpg just does not beat Skyrim or Fall Out. Considering Skyrim has the worst combat ever.

So many 10/10 maybe due to how garbage the ending was; they got nothing to compare with.

Exploration isn't the basis for rpg's......
But

End: 0/10 (if the end is the real end.. but since I believe it is fake, and is indoctrination.. with the real ending coming as free dlc.. in this case I'd give it a 10/10 for successfully indoctrinating me, the player)

That one point lacking is because of a few bugs, one of which was resetting my level to 1 well into the second half of the game.
With ending: 5/10
Four points off for shocking lack of replay value in a game that's about choice and repercussion.
