I dont like using the 10 point system, I prefer the star system like film. So 3 1/2 stars.
Or 9.5/10 (See how fast I give in?)

9.6/10 - minor graphical errors/glitches, face import issue, unusually linear end mission are the only problems. The rest was a masterpiece from start to finish...not counting the finish...

9/10, without the ending. there are some minor bugs.
geth/quarian conflict is my favorite part of the game.
4/10 with ending. the ending kills the replay value

9 out of 10. No Krogan team member, no dice.

Probably a 9.6 out of 10. I'd dock a few points for the journal system; it wasn't well-implemented in regards to the scanning side quests. There were a few technical things that weren't perfect, like lip-synching at points, and texture popping.
Other than a few minor quibbles, a truly amazing, well-crafted, memorable experience.

10 out of ten, through out the story I felt like my decisions mattered, that the characters mattered, it goes without saying the ending shocked me but not in a positive way, after it was over i spent 10 minutes staring at the screen wondering why

11/10. I was just about to send messages to friends telling them I knew what game of the year was already. Then I saw the ending and am relieved I didn't make a fool out of myself.
The finished product doesn't get a rating. I can't accept the garbage in the last 10 minutes of game play.

Without the ending it's a 9.5 out of 10.
The ending didn't spoil the game or the series for me. I'm still gonna play it again and again. But the endings and specifically BioWare's response to the endings suck dirty pond water, and honestly I've lost a little respect for them now.

9.5/10. Only minor quibbles take away the .5.
That's actually a spot where that whole "zoom" effect they kept using during missions would have been useful - give us an easy way to at least frame the conversation better.Sywen wrote...

!0/10 if felt like a return to it's roots combined with fast-paced, intense combat. I enjoyed the conversations with characters and the interactions between your squad-mates were a great addition. I even thought the war assets were a great way to give immediate weight to your decisions and actions. And I liked the additional crew on the ship like the shuttle pilot and embedded reported, reminded me of Skies of Arcadia where you went around picking up crew members for your ship that gave you passive bonuses.

A- , the only mark against so far being there due to the face import issue. This is the part where Future Me bursts out of the Time Sphere in my apartment, destroys my copy of Mass Effect 3 and shouts "Your Welcome!" before being swallowed back up by the Space Time continuum.

The game's strength lies on its presentation. The voice acting aside from Chobot is amazing. The soundtrack fits the tone well and there are a few standout tracks. Gameplay is not particularly spectacular, though very solid and satisfying. Story cliches are present here and there, and difficult to overlook considering this is a story centric video game. Some races are just flat out poorly written.

9/10 I just wish the journal had a better format for where to go for missions(like in ME2) and a there were a few tiny bugs, but the game was fabulous.
But the ending gets 1/10. At this point I feel I shouldn't have to explain why...

the game before the ending 10/10 it was perfect.
the ending..
3/10
I was okay with it up until StarChild appeared.. then I got confused.. then I cried when the normandy crash landed and the credits started to role.
