7/10
-1 for forcing us to multiplayer
-1 for actionmode (srsly it's a RPG. i felt the same about "easy mode" in FFXIII-2 wtf easymode?)
-1 because its way shorter than ME1/ME2
sorry had to be honest.

10/10 without the ending.
Just moments before I experienced the ending I was shedding tears for how amazing the journey has been.
I haven't touched the single player since March 9th.

I'd have given it a 9/10. The romances with male characters while playing FemShep were a little weak (Thane and Jacob obviously -- then Kaidan's romance boiled down to sex and coffee; don't know about Garrus). I know that's something video games aren't that strong at in general, so I can't give them too much fault for that. Garrus and Liara's friendships were excellent though.
I loved the changes in hand to hand and the improvements with grenades. I loved the humor, especially those good natured jokes about my character. I loved the epic rediculousness of some of the battle situations (you're planning to do what?) and the unbelievable accomplishments you could achieve. I loved the loss scene as well. I thought they were sweet without being too much.

without the ending I'd say 8/10 and I believe that's generous.
-1 for sliding backwards on the RPG elements and glitchy animations. You have less control in a game about choices.
-1 for how they forced new squadmates and the story dealing with old squadmates.

8,5
Bugs, glitches, mindless scaning missions, only fuel in space, only 1 " city", not enough Harbinger, not enough Earth, not enough space battles, not enough dialog options, not enough paragon/renegade interrupts and what we got makes little sense. Not enough prothean ruins.
And not enough Krogan/Wrex.

9/10, some tiny niggles which could be ironed out, but amazing fun, good plot, smooth gameplay.

The quest log sucks...everything in that interface are put together in a horrible way.
And, there goes the glitches...

Without ending
8/10
Poore quest signposting, war assets arent apprerant in the end sequence.
With the ending
5/10
Same as above, ending contradics every important theme and fact from the entire trilogy.

9.8/10 Up until landing on Earth (which is where I think problems started to show up)
A couple points off for bugs, no quest/journal update feature, face import issue (didn't affect me, but I do think it should have been fixed before shipping)
9.5/10 including Earth, but excluding the end
A couple more points off because the Earth level is so unexpectedly linear and did not reflect choices back at the player. And a few more points for missed opportunities to use surviving ME2 squad members in some fashion here.

without the ending 9.85/10 best game I've ever played. I've never had a game that effected me emotionally throughout the game the way this did. I loved the interactions with the crew. There were a few things I didn't like, tali's face for example. Few of the dialog lines i thought were not the best written or delivered. But by and large this game was damn near perfect if you take away the endings.

8.5/10
Auto Dialogue
Normandy's lighting.
Import face.
Lack of war assets (elcor, volus, etc.)
Lack of visiting the unique homeworlds. (Even cut scenes would have been cool.)
Those things bring it down 1.5
A good ending could have made me forget about those things.
