10/10 without a doubt.
That ending was so bad it didnt just ruin the game, it ruined the whole series.

9/10.
There were minor gameplay flaws, some bad writing (The whole superweapon plot device, Reapers taking over the Citadel without using it...) but overall, it was a great game.
Lot's of great emotional scenes, as well as smaller things that made you smile. A fair amount of closure and a reasonable variation of outcomes for most of the stuff during the story (Krogan & Quarian plots, most of all)
Again, some minor things (like the Rachni killing & Collector base being largely irrelevant) but nothing unreasonable (Both might have had too big of an impact on the gameplay)
But the ending...
Even if it wouldn't be completely divorced from the rest of the lore, just recolouring the same ending a couple times and calling it diversity was a slap in the face.
There has been enough feedback on this, I'd assume, so I'll leave it at that

Without the ending I would say 85/100.
There were too many fetch missions and a lot of auto dialogue (mostly around the beginning)
I also would have liked a little bit longer scene where Shep was on trial)
Even the fact they used a stock image (I don't care for what, just using someone else's material is lazy) for Tali and many people wanted to see her face.
But other than that (and the ending) it was a great game.
With the ending I would give it a 65/100. An ending in any form of entertainment can make or break the plot. In this case it severely damaged the plot.

9 out of 10. Minus 1 point because Tali's picture was just freakin' lazy. Up until the charge to the beam, totally loved the rest of the game.

A solid 9, same as I gave ME2.
It's much better in areas like combat and character interaction but shorter and with more bugs.
I have many games I'd rate higher than Mass Effect 3 but no series of games have ever been so consistently good as Mass Effect.

9.5/10 for the game.
0.5/10 for everything after Anderson dies next to me. Yes, I believe it was that bad. The reasons have been hashed & re-hashed.
No, you can't add them together for a perfect 10.

I would be torn between an 8/10 and 9/10 for the game self. There are some glitches and inconsistencies in the game, but overall the gameplay is good, and easy to follow. Nice graphics too.
The game play isn't changed much from ME2 and that makes it easier to switch between the two games. ME3 has something of both an RPG and a shooter. And I certainly enjoyed it.
As for the ending... No comment
But if I have to score it... a 2/10. The only thing I did enjoy about it were the damned graphics.

9/10.
Disliked the Journal and there was way too much auto dialogue. Other than that excellent, excellent game.

I'd have given the story 10/10 and gameplay 7/10 as I preferred the mechanics of ME2. My Shepard was doing the roly poly all over the place when I just wanted to duck and cover. Also the conversation animations didn't flow as they have done in previous games
As for the ending, I'd rather watch Jacob's romance with Shepard than have to sit through that again.

PC - 9/10 with some technical nitpicking.
-1 for some technical issues and for PC version being held back by limitations of xbox 360.

8/10
Cinematic conversations and all, but for a RPG, there was and awful lack of choice (investigation//neutral response). This often caused my shepard to act out of character, distracting from the immersion. Example: automatic flirtatious response to Vega when he was getting some tatoos done by the batarian. What. The Hell.
Some vehicle sections would have brought variety to the fedex missions.
Shepard being so nosey. Did not like this style of quests in DA 2, don't like them here.
Glitchy multiplayer, poor vanguard getting stuck in the sky rather often.
AI quips, sometimes the AI controlled opponents just stand still without returning fire, begging to be shot.
DA 2 style wave spawning of enemies. In plain sight. Example: The Atrium at the Grissom Academy, upper doorway. Teleporting space magic - immersion breaking.
Crazy loading times for the armor customization window (xbox 360). Sometimes it took about 3 minutes to get a visual. Most noticeable in the docking bay area.
Huh. Personal nitpick: Insanity's difficulty curve to inconsistent. Too easy at places, challenging in a handful of others (grissom atrium, defend missile batteries). "Legendary" difficulty mode apprechiated. <3

Bump for Great Justice.
I'm really enjoying seeing all of the responses to this. It seems that the issues with the main game are fairly consistent, and minor things. I am surprised at the range of The Ending scores, though.
