I got a Javelin, and tried it out with a Quarian Infiltrator. Second-to-last score had 28k, I had less than 9k. Ouch...

Most of the things listed here I have done at least once. My biggest WTF moment happened a few days ago. Get into a big fire fight then decide to run around the corner to heal only to get cut down by a turret. Not so bad but I did the exact same thing right after getting rezed. I am sure my team was impressed with my skills.

Playing Asari Vanguard and deciding to stasis one last enemy before extraction, only to hit charge key and charge out of LZ at the last second, had to change class for the rest of the day after that ,

- Getting a mission failed in wave 2 on bronze.
- Missing more often with a shotgun in CQC than when I use a sniper/carnifex.
- Shooting a missile through the armpit of a brute, a group of three cannibals, a marauder, plus a banshee, missing everything.
- With 10 seconds remaining before extraction I used a to revive as the last man standing. At that exact moment a banshee teleported to my corpse and grabbed me.
- Every single time I miss with a Mantis with other people around.

Vanguard charged into a hallway thinking only the one marauder was in there. Turned out there was a whole cluster of them gathered in the back corner (spawn point maybe? not sure how that works.) Got smacked down in about 3 seconds. Whupps.

I just did that today, saw a staggered geth trooper and instinctively charged out at it right as the extraction counter timed out, i felt like a right plantpot.

Then i did it again two games later...

I think the trend I'm seeing is that most "that was embarrassing" moments come from Vanguards, lol. Myself included :-P

Extracting on Firebase White and a Brute starts lumbering out of the doorway, so a teamate fires a rocket at it, then the Brute manages to avoid the rocket by dodging slowly to the left, the rocket then shoots a single Cannibal in the face, I could'nt stop laughing when that happened XD

I did that with a geth pulse rifle only to discover it takes like 10 seconds of headshots to kill an assault trooper.  Ended up meleeing most of the game, never leave home without a pistol when trying a new gun

About to hit charge, banshee warps right between me and the target... Ugly. I was in a corner and no way to get out.

I can think of many ways that we can get killed by husk but not embarassing at all. Especially when we get overwhelmed closed to Wave 8 - 11 on Silver difficulty.

Now... Vanguard Biotic-charge into a Banshee to be killed. That is embarrassing.

Was going to Charge an enemy that was nearing the LZ to make sure it didn't screw us over when it circled our cover. Much to my surprise, there was another enemy just a bit to his right and many, many meters behind, and I didn't look too close before hitting the Charge button...

Partial extraction never hurt so bad >_<

Whenever I jump/kick away as a drell to supposedly take less damage and end up dead because I kicked right into a wall or corner.

Vanguards who go crazy with their charge on Silver (and up) like they're playing Bronze is generally quite embarrassing to watch.

Someone was doing something similar in one of my games on Dagger. Camped under the comms hub for almost the whole game. 

Embarassing would be using a rocket on a Geth Prime..... only to hit the Hunters in front of it, cloaked.

The Moment i realised as a krogan soldier i could melee the crap out of brutes and come out on top and then tried it on a banshee, it did not end well at all.

Today I shot a rocket at a group of two banshees, a brute and two ravagers and I killed 4 swarmers. To make it even more embarassing the rest of the team was dead (beyond revive) so they were all watching me.
