Every time I think "if I do it, I will get killed in that way", then I do what I now I shouldn't do, and I get killed in the exactly way I new it would happen. Mostly of the times is trying to save people rushing to the place they get killed...

So one day I was playing my vanguard, and I was doing my charge > melee/shoot > dodge back thing on a Banshee, and it was going well, until when it was down to just a couple bars of armor left, it picks me up and starts to permakill me. Well my squad mates finishes her before she finishes me, so I thank my lucky stars, turn and blindly charge the next opponent, wich was a brute, who decides to permakill me right that second.

Got killed by a swarmer near the end of a wave. Fell down the ramp I was on. The killfeed specifically stated "Jeebsy (My GT) has committed suicide." I was like wait.. what?!

So I joined this Gold Quick Match and were surprised that the 3 other squad mates had an N7 Rating of 423 being the lowest and 874 being the highest, while myself being an 178 rater, so I thought that this challenge will work out fine.

The enemy were Reapers and on wave 10, after activating 4 arrays, the squad was dying and dead, with only me left. So I ran around tried to be "The Hero of the Game" and killed the remaining Cannibals and Marauders. Then there were just this 1 single Banshee left, feeling the heroism down my spine I pulled out the last shot of my missle launcher, fires and.......... I MISS! And then the Banshee does her teleport up next to me, grabs my arse and kills me.. Mission failed. Many swearwords on strange languages could be heard..

It's known when I play, I tend to miss rocket shots or end up hitting a swarmer with one... lol. Good times.

I had saw a guy in silver just standing right out side the blue circle on wave 11, i kept thinking
"He must be doing this to annoy us right?"
so on the third time we were on extraction and he is standing *just* outside of the extraction zone i scream into the mic
"Get into the blue circle you ****ing idiot!"
and he finally comes on mic and says
"Oh i was wondering what that was, sorry your mic is really quite i couldn't hear what you were saying before..."

The killfeed was protecting your feelings rather than saying "Killed by swarmer LAWL!"

Getting killed by lower-level enemies (Cannibals) while focusing on KILL ALL THE BRUTES.  (Takeaway: pay better attention to one's surroundings).

My friend and I are decent (we've beaten Silver with just us two)--we started new characters and due to tactical fails died on wave three...of BRONZE.

In a Silver anti-Brute match, friend says "I got the first rocket."  That didn't register--so we both fired rockets at the same time.  He got both kills, I got a wasted rocket (which we would have needed later had we not died on that wave).

The death of a player who just revived another one, then that player tries to revive the first one, succeeds and then dies again. Repeat to infinity.

Also, wave 10 in reaper challenge: last player standing was about to win and got nailed by swarmers. It was a fun thing to see, yet a very tragic one.

On Firebase White in Wave 3, I go up the stairs to go after an objective. 2 out of 3 of team members are already there so I figure its save even though I see some enemies. By the time I get up the stairs, one of my team members is dead and the other is no were to be seen. Because I'm climbing up a stairs, all fire focus on me. By the time I'm finally able to move again I get killed by a GETH TROOPER. So I wait around a few secs hoping that second guy was near me. Finally decide to not wait and use a medkit so I can...get executed by that same Geth trooper just as I press the button.

I was the highest scoring and highest level of the team and I got executed in Wave 3, the team wiped. I think 2 members should be able to deal with a few Geth, but there is really no excuse.

Once the whole team was killed by a turret after the wave. I mean, all 4 of us got our asses kicked by a turret...

Incinerating an armored husk, then expecting the next light melee to finish it off. It facehugged me and a scumbag Ravager decided that I was good target practice.

Yesterday we've been doing some refreshing kill-the-Reapers-on-Silver runs in our apartment and - as usually - I just charged up to the Ravager as I usually kill them in melee as a Vanguard. I got only one pistol equipped, so my Charge recharges quick enough to restore my health, heavy melee helps me get rid of the Swarmers so usually there is no problem.

... I mean, there is no problem until my boyfriend decides to follow me to steal my kills just for fun and he kills the Ravager before my last Charge: obviously I can't restore my health so I die instantly in the middle of their puddle and everyone stares at me like what the hell are you doing? Try to explain your team your tactics work when you end up like that.
