I had no saves that early, I played for half an hour to get that screenshot! Because people needed pics

They are definitely different characters, but functionally the same. Aside from them looking different they make a few comments about past stuff

And ooh I didn't know, I probably would have played my other mass effect file(s) where I let the council die but haven't got to it because I'm doin an insanity play through my new game+
