Known issue of loss of credits/bioware points

I know this is a known issue now but I'm still posting this because the tech support person I chatted with told me to post everything I knew about the issue here. Also I already typed the whole thing out and posted above in the general area by accident.

Dear Bioware,

I've been instructed my an ea support tech, whom I had over an hour live chat session with to post my problem here. I tried to purchase a spectre pack today using 160 bioware points I bought from EA in a 1600 point package on 3/10/12. An error then occured stating there was a problem with the purchase, to try again and if it persisted to seek help from ea support. The bioware points were removed from my account but I never recieved the pack. I then left the store and returned immediately afterwards and a message appeared saying it was searching for outstanding orders and then an error occured again saying there was a problem with 1 or more oustanding order. I repeated the process of leaving the store and returning several times and continued to see the same messages. I was going to try to purchase another spectre pack but the purchase button was greyed out (unclickable). I then tried purchasing a veteran pack using credits but the same error occured except this time the credits were immediately returned to me. Next I left the game and came back to the same messages. I figured it might just take some time so I played some single-player for an hour or two and came back to the store but still had the same error.
It is my birthday today, 3/16, so I left to meet some friends and when I came back about 9-10 hours later I went back to the store except this time it did it's search for oustanding orders and came back with nothing. I then successful bought a veteran pack using credits and again I tried purchasing another spectre pack but the purchase button was still greyed out. The bioware points are still gone from my account (was at 640 and now at 480) and the game seems to no longer think I have an outstanding order. The tech I chatted with said it was an in-game error and he linked me directly to this forum and told me to find my answer here. So what do I do? This has been exhaustingly frustring to have to deal with on my birthday no less. Please help.
