She turned white entirely other then her crystals. is there any way to fix this?

Using Frost weapons, perhaps? It sorta had that effect on her the last time I used it....

Must be her skin not loading properly then, I'd wager. The crystals, being her arms and armour, probably has their own skins separate from the main model....
