i see screen shots and read in the instructional book that you have to "log in" to your account to redeem your Dragon Blood Armor... It says the log in is at the left corner... all mine says is availiable downloadable content... how do i log in to get my armor?

I have the same problem, I got all the dlc fine and not having any problems with the game ect but I'd like to have my player profile updated and as far as I can find out I need to be logged in to achieve this....

Hmm...I log in just fine but still I dont get updated....

Same problem here. Every time i play the game, theres no option to log in, enter a user name, email address nada. I have reinstalled the game twice, both times with no luck :S

If there is no login button on the lower left corner of the screen then your game is already logged into EA servers. Your EA account is tied to your PSN account, so the most likely reason you're already logged in is because you created an account while playing another EA game.

I made an account when playing Orange Box, it was long forgotten. I had to change my password when signing in to get the Blood Dragon Armor. It told me to make sure that the ingame account was the same and it should be, considering all I did was change password.



Now I'm being told I have the Blood Dragon armor (I don't in game) and my account isn't updating.

What do I do now?

im not able to get the in game downloads or redeem any armour or characters??
