Probably not preorder, but I won't stop buying Bioware games in general.

No. Much like other posters I won't stop buying Bioware games, but I will stop paying full, day one, prices for them.

Let's see how this turns out, but as it is it's unlikely. I don't feel like playing something for few years just to be left with negative feelings about it.

If the endings aren't fixed:

Preorder: No
Buy: Only after reading extensive customer review and after the price has dropped substantially.

If the endings get fixed:

Preorder: Possibly
Buy: Yup

At this point, no. I said it in my review that despite its flaws, ME3 was one of the greatest game experiences in my life, and I still feel that way. But that doesn't mean I enjoyed the ending at all, and everything that happened since then--The Final Hours of ME3, the gaming media calling fans names, BioWare failing to acknowledge the issue--just made me tired. I'll wait and see, since they've finally begun to react, but if nothing happens, I don't think I'll preorder a BioWare game again. Maybe buy it later, if the reviews are good. Sad that it has come down to this.

Bioware was a "videogame icon" for me, since the days of Neverwinter Knights and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Bioware was able to raise the bar for western RPGs with interesting characters, rich story-telling and strong gameplay.

Since then, I didn't wait for reviews nor did I have second thoughts on buying BioWare games, like KOTOR 2, NWN expansions, Jade Empire, Dragon Age 1 and 2, ME 1 and 2, and so on. It was fun playing all those games, and it gave me a sense of satisfaction as I completed each and every journey.......

That is until, I finished ME3, it was supposed to be an "epic ending" worthy of drawing the curtains down on a mighty ME trilogy. Instead, the endings were a BIG disappointment, obviously rushed and not thought out. So I googled it up and found that other people felt the same, so here I am, giving my feedback.

The "trust" that I had with BioWare has crumbled, and I will never look at a BioWare game the same way again. No more paid DLCs and no more BioWare product purchases from me.

If they don't address this issue soon, then no. Mass Effect was my favorite SF IP for the last 5 years, and they basically killed it. I haven't even touched ME3 after seeing the ending.

Pre order - no even if they fix the problems with the endings.
Buy later - maybe completly depends on the reviews of the games, by gamers. Then it better be epic for me to buy it. And i mean EPIC. (the way ME3 was supposes to end till EA got their hands on it) Good luck Bioware, i hope you can win me back because you made the best games hands down, but this plus DA2 just feels like a waste

No pre-orders. Purchases after prices go down, a very thin maybe. This was the first time I've bought a game the day of release, ever, and I got so burned. :<

Depends on the product that's coming out. If I'm pulled in, I MIGHT consider buying it. But it has to do one HELL OF A GOOD JOB at it.

VERY unlikely for me.

ME1 remake using ME3 tech?

Not gonna lie, I'd buy that in a heart beat.

I personally will not, the ending is one big reason for that and if they fix it goo for them. But the game itself is another reason why, I was told the game's rpg elements would be better than they were in ME2...ME2 has more rpg elements than ME3, ME3 plays almost like a pure shooter.

Sure you have a *few* dialogue choices and you have a very dumbed down upgrade system for weapons. Power evolution is better than in ME2 I will say that though. But on top of that there's little reason for exploration in the galaxy anymore, let alone any interesting side missions to find and do, everything is pretty much handed to you now. Not only that but there is alot less dialogue with squaddies now, most of the time they just talk at you instead of to you.

Thats fine, I just really love ME1, to the point where I can overlook ME3's shortcomings.

It would depend on how they 'fix' the situation regarding the endings. My decisions looks like this:

1. If they 'fix' the endings in a way that I find satisfactory and it is presented as a patch (ie. free), then I will continue to preorder games, and will have no qualms about renewing my subscription to SW:tOR when my current runs out.

2. If they 'fix' the endings, but it is presented in DLC (ie. pay for it), then I will wait until I see enough positive reviews on the forums before buying. But I will no longer ever pre-order games, or buy them in digital format (because I cannot return them). I will seriously reconsider subscribing to SW:tOR

3. If they 'fix' the endings, but it is presented in DLC and the reviews are not positive, then I will watch the new endings on a site like Youtube. I will also no longer buy Bioware games new, no longer subscribe to SW:tOR, and refuse to consider purchase of DLCs for games I already own.

4. If they do not 'fix' the endings and/or continue to characterize myself and other players as whiny, entitled brats, then I will no longer buy Bioware games new, no longer subscribe to SW:tOR, and refuse to consider purchase of DLCs for games I already own.

Bioware screwed up. Big time. If they can fix this ending appropriately, and not charge for essentially a PROPER GAME ENDING, then I would CONSIDER a future purchase. I'm all but sworn off of preorders now (from them). Bioware at least taught me what happens when I preorder from them without looking at reviews.

Not going to preorder, not going to buy. What loyalty DA2 didn't kill, this did.
