I guess it depends on what they release next. I pre-ordered ME2, DAO, DA2 and ME3. Was happy with 3 of those, DA2 was a dud. Bioware games are really the only game I ever do pre-orders for or buy CE editions for.
Would you preorder or buy another product from BioWare?

Pre-order, no. Purchase? Depends on what reaction is at release.
Same here. Also, might only purchase second-hand games.

Hell no.
Luckily Baldur's gate remake is not being done by Bioware, so they can't mess it up :DDD

Unless they fix this crap they can forget me buying anything else by them or any DLC.
They were on thin ice already with Dragon Age II, this was supposed to be their redemption.

I was actually really looking forward to DA3 despite the mistakes in 2. I was also probably going to preorder C&C: Generals 2 despite not being a big RTS player just because thats how loyal of a Bioware fan i've been the past decade. SWTOR expansions we're anticipated as well.
But now? None of that is going to happen. Bioware have lost my trust in giving me satisfying conclusions to the stories I'm involving myself in. Until they set thigns right, if they do, they have lost me as a loyal blindly preordering at first chance customer. Or a customer at all really.
Its sad, looks I need to find a new favorite developer now.

No. In fact I also cancelled my TOR account because I have lost faith in the Bioware brand. The TOR crew seemed good though, and based on their recent Guild Summit it looks like they are listening to the fans and are willing to admit when they screwed up. For that, I love them. However, as a responsible consumer, I have to protest a bad company decision the best way I can.
Bioware still makes good games compared to what else is out in the market, but I will not be pre-ordering or purchasing them new. I will wait until they are $20 bargain bin games where I won't feel as ripped off. They will also not be getting any more DLC downloads from me either, on any platform.
As the OP said, I was willing to overlook the DA2 ending debacle and hoped they learned not to do that with their fans. But after the ME3 ending I just don't think they understand. DA:Origins had just as bleak a story and the standard ending was the Hero dieing to sacrifice himself to destroy the great evil. And after the short ending scene you were treated to stills and text of what happened based on your choices throughout the land. And you know what...people loved it. DA:Origins sales started off slow (I.E. terrible), but word of mouth made its sales actually grow week after week. DA2 was the exact opposite, with massive pre-orders and then pitiful sales the weeks that followed.
So as the saying goes: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me."

Nope. Rarely pre-order games anyway. It was really only Bioware games that I would pre-order because I trusted them to be treated with the care and attention that befits the reputation they've earned.
Now Bioware is just another developer. With hits and misses and a colossal, monumental, series-ruining blunder to their name. I've literally spent tens of hours of my life trying to make sense of this. My week was all but ruined.

Lol no.
Why, so I can fall in love with it and just have them ruin it for me in the end? Again?
I'm smarter than that.

If they redo the ending of ME3 in a dlc or something. Yes. if not no, as it shows they don't listen or care about their customers and are only interested in £££, regardless of quality or happiness.

I think given the current state of things, it's best not to have one. If anything, I've learned from this mess that Bioware (or any developer) isn't our friend, and maybe never was. They make games because it's a business for them. It's always been and will continue to be an arms-length transaction.
Make good games for me? We'll continue doing business. Buy our games? We'll continue doing business.

Once upon a time, I recieved Dragon Age: Origins (Collectors Edition) as a gift. That was the start of my love afair with Bioware Games. The story, was just... Well, I loved it. I felt a bit confused at the end of that and assumed there would be more to come.
Shortly after this I found a copy of ME2, bought it and... yep, you guessed it - fell in love with BW all over again. (subsequently trawled around to find a copy of ME1, then played the two in sequence).
Based on these games I pre-ordered BOTH DA2 and ME3 as soon as they were available to be pre-ordred, and I waited.
Given this history (probably shared with many others here) I cannot say that I will. I couldn't I don't think. Kicked once when I was down with DA2 but not nearly to the extent of the second kicking ME3 endings delivered.
I hope my mind will be changed for me in the next couple of WEEKS (please not months or years, can't hold on for that long)

The vote will be cast by my wallet: It votes No.
Unless BioWare comes out with a "Mea Culpa" statement and rectifies the situation, they won't see another cent from me.

Preoder = no
Buying depends on Fan reviews of the Game.
I will never get burned again with the paid press...

No more preorders.
And depending how this will work out, no more games at all.
But I will hope for the best! That BioWare will work with their customers not against them.

If there won't be any well done endings to the stories of my 6 Shepards, I won't - not because BioWare is making bad games - they are great, but the ending of ME3 was something which really hurts me and I don't want to "feel" this again........

No, my first pre-order, and on CE!!! Definitely not pre-ordering anymore. Gonna wait for insane discounts. When those high discounts happens, I would have a good idea of how the game is. Definitely not paying launch full-price for a BioWare game again.

I honestly wasn't even aware the was a DA2 ending debacle. Most people at the time were justifiably upset about the reuse of assets, not the story.
And if it looks good, yes. All of Mass Effect 3 was an "ending," not just the last 5 minutes.

Because I know it's not a popular opinion and sympathise with people who won't based on the endings given. Plus I'm just too polite for my own good?xtorma wrote...
