A Bioware rep posted on page 4, but if you take a look at it, he didn't say anything specific about the issue, just that he would make sure the studio is aware.

This happened to me yesterday - and I only needed a few hundred more kills for the veteran achievement. This is really poor.

I went back and saw what he posted and hopefully this is resolved soon since its been going on for a while now.

Wow man im sorry to hear that, its frustrating when you spend time on someones product and then stuff like this happens with no update if it will be fixed or not or if its been brought to their attention. I havent played the game since the day I signed in and it erased everything even my insanity progress, I keep coming back here hoping that there will be some kind of news to this issue.....

Why you don't give a break from ME3 and play something else until bioware fix the damned thing? I think that if I loose all my progress when I'm just 10 kills away form the achievement I can trow the whole collector's edition through the window >____<"

second time that this issue has happened to myself now. All data reset and some acomplishments not showing up at all even though I have gotten them and the achievements that pertain to the. The veteran one is the biggest lose as each time I think I had around 3500 kills.

The new patch has caused me to lose two achievements (Freedom Fighter and Prothean Expert).

I guess I should just be grateful it wasn't a full reset like last time as I'm doing my insanity playthrough

This glitch seems to be related to the much more serious Black Hole, the fix for the Black hole even causes this. I figure that if Bioware ever gets around to fixing the Black Hole this glitch will get fixed as well. Big if, some of us have had that glitch since day 1, no word from bioware in a month and a half.

Can you explain briefly what the Black Hole glitch is? I can play my game just fine but at the begining my screen sometimes turns weird and then it gives me the sign in issue.

the ea symbol and burning planet play and then the xbox freezes with a black screen and a hard restart is required,  it does not go away except with a community fix.  The Black hole is tied to gamertags. the group is in my sig.

I think it may be random, however I actually had the more severe variant that is known as the Black Hole.  The reason that I think it is a messed up .gpd file is that the only way to fix the Black Hole curently is to delete three .gpd files and then reload them.  This results in a clearing of achievment progress, as well as bonus powers, and in game settings.

Bioware has full on ignored this problem. Truly makes me sad, I have read all the books, graphic novels, bought the collectors editions and I can't finish the game properly......extremely sad. This IMO is an EA issue with their servers. They are the ONLY company on Xbox Live that requires utilizing EAs servers instead that's why you have to agree to their terms of use. This actually explains several issues including the sign on glitches they have as well. I'm so dissapointed that I'm actually stopping people I see that are picking it up from buying it. I've never felt that strongly before, I tried to get their attention on Facebook, Twitter, and the Forums and it's completely ignored. Truly makes me sad more than anything else.

Happend to me after downloading extended cut;. i have already all succes but now i can't use squad bonus in infirmary.. all squad bonus is deleted !!

Oh c'mon is really that difficult to fix that damned glitch? I have to restart for the third times the game because I loose the completed insanity mission count (other the kills count)

Does anybody know whether this actually got fixed - I shelved it after the 3rd reset.

I would have hoped that if Bioware was able to sink internal resources into paid DLC, they would also into fixing these glitches.
