So I just went into the store and spent 40k credits on Veteran packs and I got no new items and all my credits are gone. Restarted twice and nothing changes.

I keep getting failed store transactions. When I quit then reenter the game, something has been bought, but I don't always know what.

I am currently experiencing a similar problem. When trying to buy any of the packs from the store (I have 66000 credits), the game informs me that there was problem processing the purchase and to contact customer support.

Hopefully this is resolved soon, any info on this issue would be great.

EDIT:

On further investigation it seems i've been charged for a spectre pack but did not recieve anything for it..

I can't buy anything either at the moment. I got billed 20k credits, but luckily I got them back when I switched to another character.

The same or a similar thing happened to me - failed transaction, the store ate up 20k credits, and gave me no items.

Same here. Getting store transaction failed repeatedly.

Then this is BS! Not only have tons of people lost credits/bioware points we can't buy anything anymore at all without the risk!
And they havn't even commented on such a huge issue!
This is the kind of behavior i'd expect from EA which has begun to appear in BioWare as well. If this isn't fixed within the next day remind me never to buy any of their garbage again.

I think it happens when somewhere in middle of game host or anyother player looses connection to EA servers. Game lags/rubberbands for a while then gets normal till match is completed. You get XP and credits at end. But when making a store purchase you get the error message about failed transaction. At that point you cannot join or create a game. Also you can't access the leader boards. Only solution is to exit and restart Mass Effect 3 which also results in credits for the failed purchase disappearing from your account and no weapons/items are given to you for those credits.

It's not a workaround but it will minimize credit loss. You should buy a recruit pack to see if you get the error from store or not. If you do get the error restart the game and try again. Once the purchase goes through you should be able to buy veteran or specter pack with minimum risk.

Yeah it's happening quite frequently. Lost credits for two specter packs and a couple of veteran packs in past three four days.

I wonder if the Bioware point purchases are also affected, or if they just hope that people get fed up with and just hand over their cash.

Ouch, I've heard they're working on the issue though, I wonder if they'll return it? They have to, they're obligated...

I've been having the same problem...Can't buy anything ("One or more of your purchases failed to process"), but when I restart the game the credits were actually spent. I haven't noticed any new items in my inventoy though, so I'm assuming those credits were wasted.

Me too. It all started when I logged in to Bioware Social Network and registered the game with Bioware (for the galaxy at war thing).

Lost 3 x 20 000 in two days. :crying:

Going on longer than a few days. Search the forums, it's over a week now.

Hm, It worked fine for me until I registered the game with Bioware Social Network (two days ago). That's when it became almost impossible to buy anything and I couldn't play with my friends anymore (got a wierd "you have a different version" error). I think it's got something to do with account linking between EA, Origin and Bioware.

I've lost the credits for three Spectre packs this way on three different days at different times of the night. This is very frustrating. This makes me very skeptical about trying to buy anything else in the MP Store.

Lost 169000 credits over four purchases so far. EA Help is not helping.

Was not in a game, but in the lobby, but all purchases were AFTER a game.

I can only advise NOT to buy from the store until we get our stuff back and the bug is fixed.

Frankly giving up on the game in total. Waste of my lifetime.

Happens to me today...

However, I didn't seems to lose any credits. Trying to purchase a 20000 Pack, the amount is substracted, then the error message (like NOO3TASTIC Pic) appears and my Credits is reset. Still, I can't purchase anything because of this error, but at least I don't lose Credits in the process.

Maybe they're fixing the problems? First by making sure we don't lose credits, then later by fixing the purchase bug?...

Edit: I reloaded ME3 and now I lost my 20000 credits... Bug is still here in full force... Image IPB

You are on to something here. Because i did the same thing a couple days - registering my game on the forum and now im getting the store bug.
