Lost 297k credits in two days: 3 x Premium Spec Packs.

The last 6 or so Premium Spec Packs contained nothing but XP anyway so I'm left with little reason to risk losing 99k at a time.

And they wonder why their fans are always angry.

Update: 396k now.

I lost credits again. Bioware cannot fix it, just delete store and fully upgrade the weapons we need.

I think the store is like beta version, I feel bad because of this.

Bioware points are also effected. I lost 160.


you think thats bad, i lost 500 bioware point to a slightly different problem where all the stuff i bought dissapeared and all the unlocked chars became locked again.    no change of pc, no updates, pc wasnt even turned off  just a time difference of 30mins.  that was 3 weeks ago and they stil havent found a way to fix it.

i have lost count of how many credits i have lost altogether on purchase fails, not recieving packs, as if it wasnt bad enough never managing to unlock any new characters, i saved all my credits to buy a specture premium pack only to not get it and lose my credits 3 times now :(

Are people actually losing credits? I keep getting the store error and having to restart my game in order to play without disconnecting...but, every time, I still get items when I look through my stuff.

I have to manually sift through all my items/mods/equipment/characters in order to find what did or didn't change, but I've never outright lost anything.

It's just aggravating. For a month now, aggravating.

It seems some people get the items anyway, some only get some and some get nothing.

Last pack I bought (which failed ofc) my Soldier class leveled up, but I received nothing else. I checked.

This is game breaking for me, I'm afraid to spent my credits now and I probably won't unitl we get some feedback on the issue.

If the transaction fails I get my credits back after a few seconds. restarting the game will usually fix it for me but then it comes back later.

the only time i actually lost anything was buying a pack the moment the host left and hosting was migrated to a new player. which is why i try and host my own games.

EDIT: apparently the "refund" is bugged for some people and i actually might have lost credits. If I did lose any it wasn't enough for me to notice.

Start the game as Administrator, and shoping will go nice and smooth. Works for me anyway. I start it from desktop shortcut as administrator and works fine.

This is happening to me as well. Its such a pain to have to search through all my classes, weapons, and attachments to find out what rare items I got out of the packs.

This happened to me too a few times, with in-game points... it's frustrating but I'll live...

But today, this happened to me once with bioware points. It won't happen ever again with bioware points because I won't use them anymore in the store.

 I lost 240 Bioware points last night on a purchase of a Premium Spectre Pack.

So, I contacted support, was nice to them and explained my situation, and they refunded my Bioware points.

My expectation is that if I buy something with REAL money, and it doesn't work, I should get the points back.

It took all of ten minutes.

So instead of being super angry when you chat with support, be nice. And if the rep you have cannot help you, ask for their supervisor.

They probably gonna refund bp but they are not refunding at all the credits, credits on which you spent hours to get but it seems it's not enough to get they are attention

BioWare burn in hell along with your store and its bugs. Why your game events if the store does not work? Diablo 3 will be released and your pissing ME3 will be bent on dick! never buy your games! you ****.
