Noone in ME seem to have larger than D-cup.

THerefore all females in ME has small titts.

For what it's worth, my Shepard has quite a fondess for Ashley's breasts.

That said I still do agree that the sexualization, I guess would be the right word, of the female characters in Mass Effect 3 is kind of ridiculous and a little insulting when you remember that they all just looked ordinary in Mass Effect 1.
Still for what it's worth, having seen a few scenes with Ashley in Mass Effect 3, the sexualization only extends to her physical design. They don't do that exploitative thing where the camera zooms in on her anatomy, she's never posed in a compromising position and apart from the romance she's never showing off too much skin.
So while the sexualization itself is annoying, at least they are presenting it with a degree or maturation. That's still something.

And yes I know I said I would leave, on the off chance email recipients are reading this, I just decided to make a few more posts before I call it completely quits.

You could handwave a portion of it, say that the Protheans had messed about with their DNA to make some races have similar traits (hence why there are a lot of bipeds).

Also note that egg laying species in this game don't have breasts.

As for EDI, she has breasts because her body is an infiltration unit designed to look like a human female, probably a very attractive one.

Their major target market (16-35 year olds) *really* likes breasts. 


That said, of any major franchise, I have to say, a couple exceptions aside (*cough* Miranda *cough*) they did a decent job of controlling proportions. Most females don't have the gigantic, perfectly formed breasts that they would in other game series, they're rather "normal" for the most part, sometimes even...uninteresting *GASP*. 

The progression from ME1 through ME3 is interesting...

though, to me at least, there are also other major differences that just make Femshep look more "fit" in general. Particularly the shoulders and belly arch.

I think the evolution of femshep has more to do with better 3d models than a desire to give her bigger breasts. The whole posture is so much better compared to ME1.

And to the comment above... do you stop liking breasts after 35????

WWE, I've never met one wrestling fan in my whole life say, those muscles are too big, we need more ordinary skinny dudes in there wrestling! Because that is just full retard, sane people don't say things like that.

When me or friends see characters like Jack or James, we think that's cool need more leet looking dudes. I've never heard any dude in my life say, those muscles are too big, it's unrealistic blah blah, it's promoting macho attitude we don't want that. Who says that? It's not sane, it's weird and backwards.
