I don't know if this will help anyone, but I've found about the only way I can make the purchases and they seem to go through properly is that I save all the creds, then when Ive got enough for 2-3 spectre or vet packs(depending on the mood Im in.)
I exit the game completely go to my PS main screen, then re-enter ME3 and go into Multi-player, from the match selection screen I make the purchases and I find that the first 2-3 go well, not really going to push my luck by getting more!
Hopefully they fix this problem soon, because I hate this way... pain in the ****, but better than throwing the cred's away into space.

I can't buy anything, but I guess I'm lucky I'm only out 45,000 credits. For the record I don't see anything more in my inventory, character modes or races, or weapons. I'm just out the credits.
Plus I'm having a heck of a time playing any matches. The last one I was in it booted everyone else out of the match leaving me to solo it...what fun.

On PS3 if you try buy packs with real money, it just errors lol.

This happened last night to me as well.....I exited Mass Effect completely, restarted the game, and somehow it did purchase the Spectre pack, and I also got the trophy for getting a Level 10 weapon LOL....but the most I have is a level 6 I think....
Then it let me purchase another Spectre pack no problems with the in game credits....hopefully today will work fine.

Has this problem been fixed? I am still having this issue.
I had this problem yesterday, couldn't purchase anything, and I lost over 60K credit when trying to purchase a spectre pack. Than I went in again today, and still can't purchase anything. I logged out. I earnt 120K so I better not lose that.
Do we have to contact EA to have this fixed?

I contacted EA and they just directed me to this forum and told me this issue is being investigated. From looks of it, it's been investigated for some time...

Do you have the From Ashes DLC installed. I only started having the issue after purchasing that. Wonder if anybody else is in the same boat.

I've had the DLC installed since day one and I have started to experience this issue only recently, so I don't think the DLC is a factor.

EA can go to hell, Bioware shouldnt have teamed up with EA. they are greedy pieces of %$#$.
Bioware is wasting their talents on them, god I hate EA with a passion.
but yea this error crap just happened to me today. I am really mad now first the 1 day DLC, the bad ending, NOW screwed MP.
I paid 80 bucks... im starting to feel ripped off.
