That second Mass Effect Comic miniseries, some neat stuff happens in that that would be cool to see in the game. If there is another ending that takes place after the supposed indoctrination it would mean TIM is still out there, and it would leave opportunity for some throwback to these events in his life. I think it would be really amazing to see that in the game. Following the theory of that ending with the idea of "this character died in a dream, so what happens to the real version" is a weird problem that's for sure, but going in another direction might be cool for people who really like this character.

Interesting. Personally, I want to know how Cerberus got so big. They essentially started as a small group from the First Contact War and grew to the size they were in ME3, with a standing army, dreadnoughts, fighter bases etc.
Unfortunately, I don't see it working in game. A comic series or better yet another novel would do it justice I think.
