I always like to post my thoughts on the game and like to see other prople's reviews.

I just finished: 156 hours in three weeks.  Basically, when I wasn't working I was playing this game.

Kudos to BioWare for another great role playing game.  This was the best game that I have played since the original Neverwinter Nights series (I did not even bother to finish Neverwinter Nights 2--once Bioware left, the franchise died for me).

The role playing system was good.  Nice balance between details and playability.

But the best part of the game is the roleplaying.  BioWare always hires great talent for the music, voicing and writing.

Even in sequals, whre the voices are limited or omitted, the writing and design make BioWare games a joy to play.

Most importantly, characters that you can care about are the hallmark of a BioWare game and that is what keeps die hard fans like me coming back everytime.

I am really glad that you have come up with your own system and are not having to pay royalties to someone else.

Hopefully that will make this game so successful and profitable that you will be able to continue putting out more modules--as well as many toher roleplaying games in the future.

Even though I could control the tactics of the other characters, the dialogue and relationships made it seem like a "single" character game.  For old school pen and paper roleplayers that is the whole point.  To play a character, develop the character, and become fond of that character and the other characters you meet.

One note on tactics, there needs to ba a setting: IF nearest enemy is at _____ range, THEN switch to _____ weapon.  Without that, I had to keep turning tactics off.

So I hope that we can look for Morrigan, travel with Sten, and revisit the Dark Roads.

I already bought $20 worth of BioWare points.

Heh.

Congratulations!

I agree. Baffled why they don't have a review sticky thread...
