this is really driving me bonkers. I now bought 2 versions of Pinnacle station over the Marketplace store (EN and DE) and neither of them are working. Both are downloaded but when checking the downloaded content in the game menu... only Bringing Down the Sky is there.

Now I know most resources are probably being spent on ME3 and all that but honestly, this is bloody frustrating. I've been trying to get this fixed for like a year (the EN version) and just blew more money on a product that doesnt work. PLEASE someone fix this issue or tec support post something or... I dunno send me the secret voodoo password I need to enter to play the damn thing... or take it off the Marketplace. Because it's busted, and unlike the store where you can return busted stuff... no returns for DLCs. Its not really cool to take money from people for stuff that doesnt work.

ps. if someone does happen to know how I can get it fixed (I tried deleting, redownloading and all that) or if there is an official fix out there that I was too stupid to find (and please send me a link or something) I'd appreciate it

The official support is EA Help, linked at the bottom center of every page, but recently renamed to "Bioware Help".

This forum died about ten months ago, like all the other Social Site tech forums, and none of them ever built back up after the end of the off-season, although the new ME-3 forums seem quite busy with that sequel. There never was Bioware oversight here, the way there had been three years ago for the Xbox 360 version from release to the first patch, on the Legacy Forum site.
