I have not seen anything noting that I have From Ashes. Do I need to take this up with EA?
Yes. I have the one with the book, the N7 velcro patch, the picture and
got the soundtrack from Origin after logging in. Origin says that I
have Mass Effect™ 3 N7 Collector's Edition as do the box's and tin's binders and the extras package that had the book, patch and picture. Good thing I'm still within
the 90 days at least for their limited 90-day warranty support. I wonder
if they're open on weekends?

Found out that the one that mentions a coming soon product is not the "online pass" stuff, but the From Ashes. It says to redeem a code at this site, but apparently, you register it in the Origin application WITHOUT the dashes (this might be an Origin Beta issue -- which is odd because I never opted in for beta releases, the box is still unchecked.
It mentions Coming Soon registering at Origin. I was thinking I'd receive something else to register at Origin and had to register the code supplied here.
