 Hey, i have been trying to buy Arrival on bioware.com but each time i press the Confirm Purchase button i get redirected to a page telling me
The page you are triyng to access is not available. 
I have tried to buy Genesis to see if it was any different but got the same page. I have tried on two different pc's and different networks and browsers with the same results. I have contacted EA through their Live chat but they couldn't help me and told me to post here since they believe it is a server problem.

Please help...

Unfortunately, posting here won't get you anywhere. BioWare nor EA check these forums.

Again, apologies, but we can't do anything about a supposed server issue here.

I would suggest trying to get ahold of EA again, and get someone else on the line. Sometimes CS reps don't feel like dealing with an issue and send you elsewhere. 


If the online chat support seems to not be up to par, you can try calling them at 1-866-543-5435

I see your issue already. Go back to the page where you are trying to access the DLC and on the left hand side select the PC link. This will direct you to the DLC download/purchase area for ME2 where you can buy arrival.

Fair warning though. I just bought arrival and I am not able to access it right now because the cerberus network is down (think they just took down the old ME2 server) and it is not allowing me to verify the content. So unplayable. Still trying to figure it out.
