Becoming an MMO would ruin it, but also make it amazing.

Looking at the map does make me wonder what's next for Dragon Age. I said this on the old DA forums: I'd love to see a modular single player rpg (not that I'm against multiplayer). For example, each expansion would open up another part of Thedas - but seamlessly integrate with your existing game, much like when an MMO adds a new area. Easier said than done of course, but that... would be epic.

I propose that we keep bumping this thread FOREVER until we get a high resolution digital map. And I never bump threads.
But this is a vital matter of national security.

I support this product and/or service. (the hi-res Thedas map, not necessarily the mmo)

I support this product and/or service.
I also support these forums being upgraded to something that works properly.

Someone talk to the Bioware reps and refer them to this thread! I'll try asking around later today...

why is it the darkspawn come from some random location we cant see...arnt they suppose to live in the deeproads so howd they get out and the deep roads are by orzammer....which is in the north...so it would be a nice dlc if we could go to the darkspan teleporter that lets them cross fereldan and come up from the deeproads in mass numbers

Dunno about making it an MMO but a friend that has been staring at the screen for the past two weeks while I've been playing has noted that co-op multiplayer over lan would be a wet dream.

If they published a high quality map everyone would have the opportunity create quests/mods that would integrate into the existing world/setting that BioWare has created.

Yes please! Something similar to NWN's coop, giving you freedom to have different origins but meet up at Ostegar or later perhaps? Otherwise Vanilla coop would still be fun! The upcoming KOTOR MMO is achieving nice things with coop dialogue.
Maybe in an expansion or DA II?

Hunh?? The Deep Roads run for thousands of miles in all directions under the continent. The darkspawn just pop up wherever theres a hole to the surface. Like whack-a-mole.
