As we all know, Thane wasn't in his best form under the encounter with Kai Leng. But if he wasn't in that condition back then, who do you think would win?

For me it's obvious: Thane, because he is such a bad ass and he is ****ing awesome (but I guess you already knew that ).

Thane easily. He was terminally ill when he fought Kai Leng, barely capable of breathing anymore, and yet he still almost kicked Kais ass.

If it werent for Kais implants, Thane would have killed him on the spot despite his sickness.

Really? In my playthrough Kai Leng killed sick Thane, even though Thane still got a few good hits in.

If KL didn't know Thane was coming for him then KL stands 0% chance IMHO. In a fair fight that starts at range Thane has a good chance of winning. In a fair fight that starts at close to melee range I think that KL is "supposed" to be enough of a bad @ss to beat Thane.

Note: Obviously in the game, just using my own eyes, it looks like a healthy Thane that's ready for battle would win.
