maybe it's just me but your wording for the alliance fleet seems confusing. the base strength of each fleet is 90, if you sacthe council it's less 25 (-25) which gives you 65 then you add on the ships / other modifiers that exist in game. atm it feels like it's 90+25+
modifiers which isn't the case but that's a minor thing (again maybe it's just me)
Alliance Frigate Trafalgar adds 15 points not 23 ditto to Alliance Cruiser SSV Hong (not 25)
the STG task force comes from saving the new councilor (i.e sac the council in ME1)

Thanks you so much for your contributions, the wiki got a few things wrong... I wish they wrote the UPDATED assets' numbers in-game instead you just get the total.
That being said for those wondering and this had been mentioned by many people before - it is impossible to get 8k war assets (4k EMS with 50% readiness if you're aiming for the "breathe" ending) even with a "perfect" playthrough.
I've also heard stories of people getting banned for editing the coalesced.ini file even ifit's only for the SP aspect.

There is a pair of salarian and turian arguing at presidium commons near the glass next to living section. I did that right after it become available i think past Palaven.

I've never gotten this option.
Thought it was for the human female soldier trying to get her asari daughter back to thessia... but I went through her whole dialogue and nothing so it isn't her....

I think). rather then exit lift run forward and turn left to the air lock you'll see them on your right, it's also where that stupid keeper walks back and forth (it's slightly amusing to see Shep get pushed around)
do note that like the PTSD patient, you're going to have to zone in and out to get the full conversation (I paired it up with the PTSD patient actually, go to hospital => listen => go to dock => listen => repeat till end of conversation)
for Conrad, the +4 you need to have Matriarch Dilinaga's Writings and Elkoss Combine Patents from ME1 (yes the writings is a collection quest from ME1)

ahhhh ****. i made my ME1 playthrough from Gibbed... coz Id din't wana go through it again. oh well that sucks.
But the turian asari couple... NEVER thought of that one being a conversation since I got frustrated not finding it thanks.
One that rubs me the wrong way. Is why you only get +45 advance Ai relays if you follow Xen's advice to salvage the dreadnought now instead of later. I dont get it why you dont get it if you go rescue the lifepods... like Shep said you can go salvage the dreadnought right after rescuing the lifepods.
Also... found out, not playing Arrival dlc is instant -50.

if you let the council die in ME1 and make udina a member in ME2 you cant get spectre status, make andersson a member, they still wont meet you but andersson will offer spectre status
in ME3 the all human council is replaced with the 3 other races and the turian still offers or upholds spectre status

Adding on to Unato, the partner benefit couple are standing right next to Avina on the Normandy dock (not the Refugee dock). You can get them when visiting the CItadel for the first time after Mars. The zoning out is a pain but you do need to listen to the whole conversation to get the option at the Spectre Terminal.
Same for the PTSD patient but that will net in a negative war asset... and a little trivia for those who didn't really pay attention (like I did the first time)... it involve Joker's family.
I'll add the Matriach's writing to the list, didn't know those affect the number of war assets.... Did Conrad just hacked Shepard's Omni-Tool to get those?! Kudos to you for pointing it out!

Basically, no matter what your decision is regarding the Council (save or sacrifice the old Council), made Anderson or Udina the Councillor, it doesn't matter... Shep will get his/her Spectre status back after Mars (awesome huh..) Just note that saving the old Council will net more war assets in the end.

no it isnt
if you let the council die in ME1 and make udina a member in ME2 you cant get spectre status, make andersson a member, they still wont meet you but andersson will offer spectre status
in ME3 the all human council is replaced with the 3 other races and the turian still offers or upholds spectre status

I saved the council and made udina the human councilor since it's canon to have him on and I still became a spectre through anderson talking for udina hehe :)

It's called "roleplaying". Sovereign was about to bring about the end of the world. It made more military sense to keep your fleets out until it was the opportune time to strike, which is why two out of the three options were to ignore the council. Had Shepard saved the council, but then failed to defeat Sovereign because the allied forces were crippled, then it would have been a moot point anyway.MegaSovereign wrote...
I don't understand people who let the original council die. Yea they're annoying but you get nothing out of killing them off...
But from a meta-gaming, all-knowing player, yeah, it doesn't make much sense.

off course if you're aiming to the least amount of asset ever you'll have to go back to ME1 / ME2 and make sure the council is dead, kirrahe is dead, wrex is dead, thane is dead, tali is dead, legion is dead and prob other plot points that I really cannot be bothered to look up and list

Also the War assets value seems bugged, on first playthrough Grunt was worth 50 iirc on second 25.
