At 1st i tought i was dumb and in the rush of battles didnt realize it...but often when i buy Specrum packs and gives me the message of failed purchase, my credits disappear and i get nothing out of it...just hours of efforts fighting silver matches wasted  Last time happened just 5/10 minutes ago you can check my logs

This happens to me once in a while too. I try to buy spectre pack and it fails to register, then it takes my credits without giving me the pack. Very annoying.

Happens A LOT of times for me too!
Very annoying.. All that time spent.. And nothing in return. I am dissapointed!

happens to me too, when I went to EA and BIoware they redirected me here saying I would get help from technical specialists. Great to see that everyone here has had their problems resolved (sarcastic) gg Bio-EA

Have the same problem. Frustrated to work so hard to try get some unlocks just to lose my credits. Way to encourage people to play multi-player. 60000 credits...poof nothing to show for it. Not a chance in hell I'll try spending some $$ on bioware points, I was about too do that but don't want to risk losing that either.

Biowares/EA lack of attention to the problem is discouraging. But I should thank EA for saving me some real $$ by discouraging my spending on their product.

Same thing, my question is why would someone in their right mind spend real money for these
points if it can just dissappear like that?

Is customer service provided for those people? Just curious.
