 I was playing my level 20 Krogan sentinel (although this bug has occured before on my Krogan sentinel before hitting level 20) and I found midway through a multiplayer game that I was unable to do any damage, pickup additional ammo, or be the target of enemy attacks. The game would register weapon hits (the enemy's shield/armor/health/barrier would flash) but no damage would be done and I would be given an assist when a teammate killed the enemy. Melee hits would not even register as having occured. I spent all my ammo on both my weapons to see if that was the issue, but it was not. All I found was that the game woud not let me pick up more ammo, so I was permanently at 0 ammo. I eventually fixed the problem by deliberately dying 5 waves later, as I had to stand in crossfire because enemies would not target me. (I even tried standing directly in front of a banshee in melee range, the banshee ignored me) This was needless to say very frustrating as I felt like dead weight, and I hope this issue is fixed soon.

Edit: Just remembered I also could not revive fallen teammates. I was not given the option to do so.

I had all of the same problem on my Salarian Engineer, it seemed as if to the host and to the NPCs that our characters were registered as underground or too far away to do anything. I wasn't even able to get rid of the bug by suicide. At the end, all I was able to do was get extracted.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I also tried using the ammo pack consumable and even that didn't work.
