So yeah, any word on this? Lost 60k, no items. Let me get this straight, not only do we have to worry about losing *everything*, we also never know if we lose our credits when we try to buy stuff? Are you people ****ing serious? Who in their right mind would waste time on this crap? And you can't even be bothered to reinburse people and just say "tuff"?

I had 60k credits and wanted to buy spectre pack. I opened the pack, then the game crashed and when i got back in game i saw i got other items that i got before the crash. What the hell ? Now i lost my Krogan soldier. F**k it !

Same happened here. Bought a spectre pack and waited 5 minutes for it to search for previous purchases and then said there was an error with it??

Yeah, just happened to me. But fortunately I was buying a Veteran pack. No items, 20k down. Fix this Bioware, and give us our items or our points back. This is a big issue. It makes me scared to buy Spectre packs!
