Just wanted to report the following bug, hoping that it will pixed fixed in one of the upcoming patches. Sometimes the game doesn't acknoledge your cooldown bonus for weapon loadout. It can be fixed by accessing the weapons loadout screen one way or another, but obviously there's not always the opportunity to do so.

If anyone knows another workaround/fix for this, please tell me.
