I also like every Mass Effect supporter to report here against the OP. Show him and others like him that the fact we stood silent until now does not mean there are no supporters. Let's start N7 movement against the Whiners.

I hope the Retake movement gets everything they want and more. I hope we get an ending where pink unicorns and volus frollock on the citadell and humans and batarians sing kumbaya together around the campfire... all surrounded by palm fronds and happy meals. The rage would be worth it.

Actually we have been raising money for charity. Check this out:

LOL, fighting for every gamer? You are fighting for a small, self-entitled, obnoxious minority of basement dwellers and trolls.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Bioware has worked incredibly hard on this series and as a result have created one of the most ambitious, immersive, and enjoyable action-RPGs ever to be released.
For you to complain about such ridiculously minor issues, and raise such a stink about it, is a complete joke. Why are you still posting in the forums for FANS of Bioware? GTFO!! People like you are what have been making this community suck for so long now.
But your sig says you've only been here for a few months. Is it really that long for you?
I don't think insulting people is particularly necessary, but if it makes you feel better, I guess it's not a big deal.
I've played Mass Effect since the start, and joined the forum to add my customer voice to others who aren't happy with the game. I made the mistake of preordering, and was disappointed by the incoherence of the ending.
So, I'm posting on the forums to see if the company will respond. It turned out there'd we're tens of thousands of other players who feel the same way.

And for the record I think I'm entitled to voicing my thoughts and opinions on something I paid for. Same as when I voice my thoughts and opinions about a politician I voted for. I'm not making any demands so much as making a personal point. I won't play the game or buy their products until they get passed the "acknowledgment" phase.

So sick of hearing people whine. So sick of it. It's a game. If they do release DLC to fix the ending, to change the ending or offer other options etc, they will charge you for it. So they will get your money you will think you have won, and they will be richer. DAAAA herp derp.
but considering the retoric from them its obvious none earn a living.
so mummy and daddy will be paying.
what i want to see is a dlc dload of all endings possible in a txt file, and watch the throwing of toys from the pushchairs begin again

They have responded. Numerous times. They stand by their product. As they should. They made the game THEY wanted, don't care if you and the minority don't like it.

Point missed. The point is that if you're going to campaign for something, you could do it for a reason that matters.Intiakel wrote...

They can beef with whoever they want. Especially the minority. If people came into your business and began bad-mouthing your product/employes/service, you would remove them and refuse their business. While this may not translate directly with the video game world, they can continue to make the majority happy and live with the fact that they can't make everyone happy. And how does raising money for a charity get them to change? Oh it doesn't that's right.
Edited to be more coherent.

Perhaps, but the ending matter to me. I love the story and universe of Mass Effect, but I hated the way Bioware ended the saga. Although I'm somewhat ashamed to admit it, I would pay money to see them fix it.
Then again, how many star wars fans do you think would pay George Lucas 10$ to rewrite the prequels without Jar Jar Binks?

Honestly, this whole thread is full of pompous, condescending bullsh*t from both "sides". It's downright embarrassing.
I actually have to agree with this. I personally don't like the endings, but I did like the rest of the game. I didn't want multiplayer mode but I have grown to enjoy it and fully admit I was wrong with my assumptions.
I am not however, taking sides in this whole debate, because neither side is articulating themselves very well . The anti-ending people have a few points, but they're using it to trash the entire game and while I have been somewhat disappointed with BW lately I am not above saying the majority of their work is pretty good.
As for the 'pro-Bioware' people? You're really just misrepresenting yourselves. Calling people 'whiners' for vocalising their opinon is not the right response. Just because these issues aren't ones that bother you personally, it doesn't mean they couldn't be improved. I daresay were some of the things you prized in ME taken away or mishandled you too would be up on the soapbox foaming about injustice.
This is a community, made of...y'know, people. Individuals, not some hive mind of loyalist BW fans. People are allowed to have their own thoughts that are different to yours. It doesn't make them whiny. It doesn't make them wrong.
I myself will not be signing up for or supporting anything. My life doesn't revolve around what ending BW sticks in their games, but I would be disgusted with myself if I joined the 'anti-supporters' because honestly the abuse some people throw out is tragic.

-Only problem with your "analogy" is that you had sold them a product that did not live up to your previous standard, differed significantly from it in design and handling, and was not what you had promised them,,, and what they had allready paid for.
Oh. And I do enjoy that you presume to speak for the "majority".
How does rasing money for a charity help them? The same way it helps Mc Donalds and other major cooperations and politicans that donate to charity. It gives them a nicer and more vocal profile. Im glad I could help you realize that.

I am pretty sure no one here needs your permission or approval to support a charity. And also whether or not you want to give to a charity is up to you.
Here's a link for one that we like - maybe you could post a link for one you like?

I mean, nothing is stopping you from organizing people to support something you feel is more important.
